PhonePe — in correct rewards balance

Hi team,

I had earned an total rewards of 194 after making multiple transactions, and paid 100 via out of total rewards amount to fuel station.

Total rewards earned - 194
Paid to fuel - 100
Remaining balance must be 94
But it is showing as 11 rs.
Could u please check and update
Logged complaint via phone as well and asked me for transaction id

I transfer rs.1500 from my Bob account through PHONEPE app to SBI account but payment is debited to Bob and not received by receiver's SBI account. After three days their is neither PHONEPE nor SBI notify me about this issue. Please resolve my problem.

I had made transaction on 7th Feb 2019 through phonepe transaction ID P1902072243596853643406 but amount deducted from my account and not credit in receiver account. I have talked customers care many times but there is no response till now. so you are requested to look into the matter as soon as possible.
