PhonePe — issue with of rs:-855/- from phonepe

Respected sir/madam

i am Yuvraj Sanjay Balel Requesting you that. i am booking the Bharat Gas cylinder from their official site but when doing payment from my father, s account on Phonepay the transaction was done through Phonepay Account debited Successfully but party Account (BharatGas) has not received the amount kindly verify the transaction and raise chargeback complaint and repay this amount to my account
I am calling their phonepe customer care many time but they not talking clearly
