PhonePe — mobile number changing

I have a phonepe kyc verified account, but i am changing my mobile number. I wanted to know how to change mobile number associated with phonepe account so that i can update my new number. So, their customer support executive said that there is no option to change a number. He said that only option is to temporarily block that number. He also said that only one kyc can be linked to a wallet per person. So, if i open a new account with my current number, i cannot get it kyc verified because kyc was already linked with my previous number. Also, in case, the sim service provider allocates my previous unused number to someone else after some months, and if that particular person tries to activate phonepe with that number (Kyc verified with my aadhar card) will be able to use that account with my kyc details. Also, he could get my previous transaction data, my recharged numbers, my paid bills, etc., which can be misused. This privacy policy of phonepe shall be changed. Every other wallets that i use have number changing option because every person at some point of time changes his/her mobile number. Your customer service guys doesn't know how to talk to a customer and also i feel they are untrained. Instead of responding to the query, they give irrelevant answer. My email id is aksingh.
