Respected sir, I was ordered refrigerator in Flipkart on 02/01/2018 via phonepe total amount is 10299rs, 474rs debited from phonepe wallet, remaining amount 9825rs is debited from Indian overseas bank, account number is [protected], IFSC code is IOBA0001705, phonepe registered mobile nubmer is [protected], I was cancelled my order for some reason, 474rs phonepe wallet amount is credited, remaining bank account is not credited still now, I was contacted to flipkart, they are told was full amount credited to phonepe please contact to phonepe customer support, so I was contacted to phonepe customer support many times, but they are told same answer with many times amount is credited to your bank account ending with 9395, and they are gives UTR number N[protected], so I was contacted to indian overseas bank reference with that UTR number, they told was, that account number[protected] is does not exist, that amount returned to phonepe as same date, And gives that transaction UTR number is IOBAN[protected], so I was again contacted to phonepe, they are not understand my problem, mentally I was depressed very much, this problem is going on more then 2 months,

    (Upi ref no:[protected] i have credited 10000 inr to my ubi bank account from my pnb bank account via phonepe app as "to self" transaction on 05-03-18. My money got deducted from pnb bank as money credited to ubi account, but ubi bank account has not recieved any money. My pnb got debited of 10000 inr which is not transfered yet to my ubi bank account.
    PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Sir i made successful referrals on this number [protected] and owner of this number Complete all procedure like app install successful and complete bank account detail but both not receive Cashback till now.
    Please resolve this problem as soon as possible

      I have used the phonepe for my mobile recharge and i also used their wallet topup services. Because of my new phone it suddenly reboot and my all wallet balance deducted from my phonepe wallet account. After restarting my phone they had not refund my wallet balance and till showing rs. 00 inr. When i have call them they don't responding. Please help me.

        Money has been debited from my bank account on Oct-2017 in a failed transaction but hasn't refunded back yet. Phonepe (Ticket ID : 5931072) shared UTR number of the transaction which they returned to me is : P1710112020489867401872. they are saying SBI bank holding my money as I have in that bank. But when i checked with the bank, they said it is fake transaction ID. Still, phonepe people saying the same thing. I haven't received any resolution to this.
        I requested for refund.

            I have a phonepe kyc verified account, but i am changing my mobile number. I wanted to know how to change mobile number associated with phonepe account so that i can update my new number. So, their customer support executive said that there is no option to change a number. He said that only option is to temporarily block that number.             On 18th feb i booked a ticket from rebus link in phonepe app to travel on 19th feb evening. They gave one redbus contact number for any support reg. Ticket. So i tried calling it to cancel the ticket on 18th evening. That number didn't work and so tried to cancel ticket from phonepe app directly but cancel button is disabled. I was left with no option to cancel ticket. Tried calling redbus directly on 19th morning and they said only phonepe dedicated team can help me in this. I called phonepe and they said to try few options from phonepe app only to cancel ticket but it didn't work and they took my request for cancellation on my behalf and they said i don't have any actions in this. I tried calling 3-4 times and they promised that they will help in cancellation. Surprising thing is they never logged a complaint even after 3-4 times but they kept telling my issue is forwarded to high level for resolution. Almost i spent 2hrs in calls. They called and said refund is in progress when i called for 5th time.
            Leter they said it's not possible to cancel the ticket as time passed away.
            To conclude due to below reasons i lost money and i couldn't cancel ticket :
            Cancel button disabled on app due to some issue in app.
            Provided a redbus contact which hardly works.
            Till now i sent lot of mails and lot of calls i did and lot of tickets i raised but they didn't help me. This is cheating because due to their app problem i lost money.
            Phonepe ticket transaction i'd is s1802181110106811088237 of amount 750rs from hyderabad to bangalore.
            Please do help in this issue.

                My complain against Phone pay done on 29th January 2018. As per complain against Phone Pay (Ticket id: 7441933) .on phone pay recharge of jio RS 399 three times debited from bank account on 27 Aug 2017, but recharge not done successfully. Bank give clarified that money debited and not credited in account. And advised to contact Phone pay. Still Issue not solved. So kindly you are requested to please look into this matter. Complain against Phone pay again done today just by attaching Bank's clarification.. Please do needful.

                  My phone pay account associated with mobile number [protected] get debited on 17 feb 2017 with amount of rs 448 and recharge is unsuccessful. The deducted still not get credited to my account and doesn't get any response from your side.

                    I placed an order with flipkart and selected the mode of transaction as phonepe the transaction was successful but the order was not placed, i immediately escalated the issue to the customer service through email and calls where i was told the refund will be done in 8 hrs, which did not happen i was told to contact my bank. My bank shared the details of a successful transaction to flipkart.

                      I was try to recharge my dish tv of rs. 274 on 20.02.2018 through phonepe, the amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the same has not yet been recieved to my service provider i. E dish tv. For this issue my tv is switched off from 20.02.2018.                           Yesterday i recharge from phonepe 498 in my airtel moble number in phonepe in 498 is shows unlimited call 1.4gb internet and 100 sms daily for 90 days.. But i got a message for 498 recharge got 500mb and intentional roaming free for midnight this is not usefull for me... Then i contact to airtel costumer care he said in 498 in airtel is only that offer... Phonepe shows wrong offers.. So why you show wrong offer in phonepe i lost my 498 rupees i m a student 498 is a big amount for me... Why you do this with me... Please give me my money back or give me that benefit which you shows in phonepe... Please sir give the solution as soon as possible... I m very unhappy with phonepe..

                              incompetent, illiterate and unethical

                              This companys ceo sameer nigam is a wharton grad but does not know anything about how to set up a company and run it. He takes no interest in any consumer complaint escalated to him and covers up the lies and incompetencies of his company.
                              His team sent a msg to me in the app that i will receive a cash back. When i didnot receive it and followed up, after five days they wake up and tell me it is not complying with the offer terms...

                              Bsnl boradband landline bill failed
                              Issue with transaction id : nx[protected]
                              I paid bsnl broadband landline bill of rs 298 through phone pe wallet. I got a successful transition message. I didn't get a transaction failed message. Let me know why this happen. Your cheating us digital wallet. Still the amount not refunded to my account or wallet. The customer care number[protected] seems to be a fake one. Keep on saying executives are busy and has a huge volume of call.

Transaction id is nx[protected], i received a message from phonepe "transaction successful" and 298/- rupees deducted from my phone pe wallet. But in bsnl payment portal, it shows my broadband bill is still due? I want to know why it was happening? And how to recover my wallet amount? Please help me.

                                  I referred two friend they successfully installed and linked bank account to phone number, now they doing transaction in Phone Pe but I did not get referal money
                                  I have transfer 39000rs through phonepe to my credit card bill but still not paid.
