PhonePe — mobile recharge on airtel | |
I recharged rs 448 plan on airtel sim from phonepe but didn't receive benefit. After complaint they suggested to talk with customer care airtel. Airtel customer care told us that there is some problem with 3rd party recharge, get recharge done from retailer. We recharged rs 399 plan from retailer and received benefit. We asked for refund of 448 from phonepe but they said according do their information recharge is done and they cannot refund money ask your airtel distributor. Airtel is saying we don't know anything about phonepe recharge. And there is no plan overlap. After 3-4 calls on both phonepe and airtel result is that both are neither accepting mistake nor providing any solution. Phonepe customer care service is bad. Was this information helpful? | |

I have added some money in my phonepe wallet and now i am unable to transfer that money to my account back. This is the worst app i have ever used. I am trying from a week to get that problem sorted out but it is not done yet.
