PhonePe — money debited but not credited in another account

I made two transactions on phonepe on 10th feb-2020 and 12-feb-2020, transaction was successful and amount debited from my account but till now amount not credited in another account. I contacted in my bank and bank person is saying this is phonepe problem so we can't help and phonepe is also not responding for these transactions. Transaction id1. I have self transferred 25000 from kotak to sbi through phonepe app. My money was deducted from kotak but not credited into sbi. The transaction is still pending.

I try to book bus tickets Hyderabad airport to Ravulapalem.then I paid 1455 rupees through phone pe but my tickets not bokked . So can you refund my amount 1455 rupees to my account.
