[Resolved] PhonePe — money deducted but train ticket not booked | |
Hi team, Phone pe transaction id: p1809262216573428963723 I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 650 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please initiate the refund amount... Regards, Yozan Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 31, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved After i dropped the complaint in consumer forum i received mail from phonePe team says that they would refund my money back PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
