PhonePe — money deducted from my account but not credited to the account in which I have sent the money

Hi,
I made a transaction of 2000 to my teacher in june 2019. Transaction was successful and money was deducted from my account but it was not credited to my teacher's account. Now when i came to know about this in november and called the customer care of phone pe, she said that this transaction is more the 4 months old so she cant do anything in this case. At the same time since this money was deducted through my sbi account registered with phone pe, i called the customer care of sbi too and they said that this is a upi transactional nd they dont have any detail for the same. Phone pe support will be having all the details and they will resolve this.

Now whom should i contact??? You fraud phone pe people what kind of service you guys provide that you dont keep details of 4 months back transaction and you customer support team doesn't even know where my money is which is deducted from my account???

Am i responsible for this case?? If you cant manage a app then why you guys are even working on this app??

I need my money back. Dont try to fool people around by giving these # reason. Stop looting people!!!

This is the worst app. Dont ever use this!
