Respected sir,

my name is jitender kumar my account number is [protected] my contact number is [protected] yesterday some person has called me and said me that he is my buyer and he wants to transfer the money via phonepe app and i have received one popup in the phonepe app with a bell icon where it has been written that you will received the payment by clicking on bell icon and after there it has been written that press that pay button and you will received the payment in your account and the same i have did i have not received any deduction my from bank and he said the payment got failed so that press that bell icon till the payment you received in your account and i have did the same thing after one day means on 12 november 2019 i have received a message from my bank that 1 lakh 60 thousand has been deducted to my bank after that i have contacted to the branch of my bank they said my phone has been hacked by that person that i why i have not received any message from the bank .Kindly please help me and refund my whole money because i am a small vendor and this is my hard earning i request you to please help me in this and refund my whole amount of money back .

    Sir, it was a wrong click from phonepe with transaction id p1911122124593543257976. It was happens due to syncronisation of phonepe of another account on my phone no.
    So, i request you to cancel the transaction and refund me as soon as possible.

      I transferred 3000 rupee to wrong phone pay user whose phone pay id is [protected]@ybl please revise this amount. On date 12/11/2019 at 9.39pm.
      This amount i was sending to my brother for his study purpose.
      I don't know how to solve this problem whether i file case against this phone pay user or something else i don't know very well. Please do something.

        My name is ram anugrah pandey (Adv) residing in delhi. On 2nd november i made an online complaint to your phone pay regarding your failed transaction of rs. 2000/- dated 13/10/2019. Phonepe sent me an email on 4 november and mentioned a mobile no. [protected] for help. On 12/11/2019 i called on the given number regarding my compliant. The phone pe representative who talked to me and told his name as ashish from his two mobile no. [protected] & [protected] to my mobile no. [protected]. On the pretext of help to return my stuck amount of rs. 2000/-, your representative has asked and taken my upi pin; my online login id; and 16 digit atm card details. Thereafter i received message from my sbi account of debit of rs. 5000/- from my account.
        I here clearly state that your representative in conspiracy with you has duped me of rs. 5000/-. I will take legal action against you and your representative for the fraud played by you and your representative.
        PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I had recharged my dad's jio number through my phone pe account. It is showing that the recharge is successful but the registered number haven't recieved any confirmation text. Please do respond as soon as possible and resolve the complaint. Thank you.

          We have to check full talktime offer by phonpe app

          There validity this amount recharge 100, 500, 1000, 5000 for na means unlimited,,

          But vodafone company is say i don't have any plane of this time

          For full talktime maximum validity only 28 day

          So why doing illegal work by phonepe

          I am going to take actions by supreme court & high court..

            This is to inform you that till date i have not received my cashback amount 125 against order no.S1911081153559504676973 on dated 8th nov 2019.I have already attached screen shot and every think but i have not received any gud or genuine response from your side. Every time your executive given the copy past answer.
            My all friend and relative received the cashback for same day and same offer.

            Kindly check into the matter as urgent basis.and arrange the call back as soon as possible.

            मैंने पैसे बैंक में डाले तो मेरे से बैंक का खाता नंबर[protected] के स्थान पर[protected] लिखा गया। इसलिए मेरे द्वारा डाले गए बैंक के पैसे मेरे खाते में नहीं आए। अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि जो पैसे मेरे द्वारा गलती से[protected] नामक खाते में भेजे गए हैं उन्हें खाता संख्या[protected] में सथनांतरित किया जाए। आपकी बहुत कृपया होगी
            Money is struck in phonepe wallet and there is no proper customer service . The amount struck in the wallet is Rs. 9200. Which is not a small amount..they are asking to do kyc but not telling the process to do it. The customer care no. Given over internet is also not working.this is ridiculous i want immediate solution for this.

              Phone pe has blocked my account for no reason and i have invested 15000 in safe gold through phone pe app i need that money urgently please help me and resolve it as soon as possible i am in need of that money

                I want to delete my phonepe account as i no longer wish to use the service.
                I called them and to delete the account they said that the account cannot be deleted but only my wallet can been closed and for that too i need to have some amount in the phonepe wallet it seems. Why should i add my card again and add money to the wallet which i want to delete.

                Also on conversation it was said that there is a rbi rule not to delete account but i was able to delete my google pay account without any struggle. (Which is great though i maynot use it i would recommend it to a friend as i will be able to have the privilege of deleting my data on request)

                I want my account to be deleted and i am aware that deleting my account means i couldnot use the same details and i am not interested to log in again to a wallet that doesnot delete my data on request.

                    I ordered a dominos pizza on 5nov 2019 .the offer applied successful through phonePe app but my cashback didn’t come and i called customer executives on that day and i send him a screenshot of that offer and he said that offer will be provided to u but next day i called again they said t&c are not fulfilled but offer applied on the app but they refused to give me cashback and the amount is 150 i want refund that amount

                    Its been three months i am raising complaints, requests and what not to get the refund on the extra emi i payed since ecs was not working. and now since ecs has resumed i need my payed amount refund of 11175 rs.

                    the un-adjusted amount should either be refunded or atleast adjust it for the upcoming emi's.

                      Its been 2 months i have changed my mobile number and i have updated the same in my bank accounts. The new number is now successfully linked to all my accounts, credit cards and all (I have cross verified with my bank customer care).
                      In my phone pe app, i registered again with new mobile number and added bank accounts in the app. It got successfully added. But, if i am trying to do any transaction, its getting failed. Its showing the error that the number is not registered with the bank.
                      I spoke to the phone pe customer care about the issue. He told me i have to contact my bank as they are not receiving amount from my bank so the transaction is failing.
                      But, i verified from my hdfc bank, my new number is updated and i am able to do all transactions using hdfc app as otp is going to my new registered number, but i am not able to do any such using phoen pe app.

                          In this regard i contacted to customer care phonepe n sbi but both have refused to help me. Phonepe customer care said that contact concerned sbi branch they will do we can not take action for refund n sbi customer care said that it is matter related to phonepe....

                              This is Anil, I did one wrong transaction using phonepe UPI to my friend mobile number

                              But it's my friend old mobile number, he is not using that one right now but still that phonepe account was on his name only and someone using in Karnataka

                              I tried to call so many times but they are saying it's a normal mobile(keypad basic mobile), they are not using phonepe, and they don't know account holder also

                              I raised a complaint in phonepe also but they don't have information and they are saying contact your bank

                              I raised a complaint in ICICI bank(with my bank account and information) they raised a ticket but after 30 days they saying ticket got declined and they suggesting to reach the beneficiary bank and call SBI customer care they are saying they don't have those kinds of information

                              Please help me I lost Rs.6000/-

                              No one responding properly Phone Pe(UPI ) ICICI(my account), SBI(beneficiary bank)

                                Ticket id is 71303973.
                                First the money got deducted by the phonepe account but the e-commerce site has declined the transaction.
                                Then i have done the payment using another wallet.
                                I've contacted that e-commerce site also regarding this transaction, they've told me that they refunded back the full amount of 2064.41rs to the phonepe account a month back, but this phonepe is not responding anything to me.
                                Not giving any update regarding this transaction.
                                It's been 1and half month since the transaction has done. We are college students, we have many economical aches while staying outside of hometown.
                                Kindly understand and process the payment.

                                Don't believe on phonepe cashback. Mostly make transaction decline first transaction and they won't issue cashback next successful transaction. Cheaters, slow app process, cannot redeem wallet money in stores.

                                    One of person cheated me through phone pay by sending qr code for the payment of his purchase but my account got debitted after scaning his qr code.
                                    Qr code is enclosed in the attachment.

                                    Request you to please take action against enclosed qr account number and also request you to refund the same amount back to my account on priorirty.
                                    Else i will lodge customer consumer complaint against this fraud.
                                    PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I made an UPI payment through phonepe to another phonepe holder. It was a successful transaction for which UTR number also generated. The money got debited from my account but the money has not been credited to receiver's account.
