As per the offer mentioned in offer section upto rs 1000 cashback will received in electricity bill payment. When i have not received i complaint to phonepe than they denied that i am not eligible. I attached the terms and condition mentioned on phonepe than they agreed there mistake but still not answering because they know they have made mistake and now they have to answer and pay to all the costomers too because if there mistakes

    I did the transaction of rs.20000 from my state bank of india account to jammu and kashmir bank jandrah branch. Through phonepe on 5th june 2019after the transaction the money credited to my sbi account but after few minutes that rs.20000 auto debited from my account.
    But that money neither credited to my bank account nor j & k bank.
    I am requesting you kindly solve this matter as soon as possible.
    It's been more than 6 month we are trying.
    Kindly refund my money as soon as possible

      I send rs10000 for canara bank account. Actually am doing one mistake account nomber is digit of 13 nombers am typing only 12 nombers. Amount is debited from my account. But stilll amount not credit my account. N still am not get back my money. It’s worst experiance for me from side of phonepe. I need money please urgently solve this probluem and return credit my money to my account.

        I have complain earlier regarding my money. As still i have not rcvd my money thrue phone pe. My coulige sent me 40000rs by phone pe. But in his mob transaction failed showing. But money deducted from his account and yet not rcvd in my account. The transaction done on 11th dec 2019.10.31. Pm. Bank answer us money deducted and showing in bank statement so pls contract phone pe. So pls give me the solution.

          On the 15th december, i was attending the u2 concert in mumbai. Along with our ticket we were given an rfid card by the organisers book my show. The concert organisers insisted that we had to download this app phone pe and use the card for all transactions as we were unable to carry water to the venue and would need to buy f&b with the card only.

          Firstly the app had major issues with it. It wasn't allowing us to feed in the data properly. It did only one part of the kyc, it wouldnt scan the card and finally when i managed to transfer some money from my account to the phone pe wallet, it would not allow me to transfer the money to the card and instead withdrew another amount onto the card directly from my account.
          My money is stuck in that wallet as the app wont allow me to withdraw or transfer as kyc is incomplete. Here's the best part, kyc is incomplete and full kyc is still unable in my location apparently - in mumbai city!!!

          So the money is stuck. The service centre when contacted tells me i can use it for any other transaction so i tried to go to one of the online stores they are supposed to have tied up with. You will love this part... Guess what, the store licious for food, is supposed to be tied in with them. Once i go to licious and went to pay - their wallet doesn't even show phone pay as a wallet. So once again i cannot use it.

          I think either the app is absolutely useless or a big scam.
          Please help me get my money back. And make sure half-baked apps are not allowed to operate as they scam people off their money.

              I made a credit card payment by transaction id 912072313220272305067 amounting to 15000 inr which is a considerable amount.

              The app shows status as successful but credit card company has received no payment for the transaction. The customer care executives just say that as the status is successful, phonepe app cannot do anything, and to sort out with my bank

              The amount is considerable and this amounts to blatant fraud. I have used the app to make the payment and the app should be responsible for final customer satisfaction.

              I raised the same complaint three times now, on app and over call and i am getting the same answers. A consumer should not be made a part of the process, i am a customer, service that you as a service provider should deliver is payment of my credit card bill.
              I have purchased a recharge code for Google play this morning...but didn't received any redeem code till now.. i had a successful payment and money was deducted from my account but no sign of my redeem code yet... Its making me to regret using phone pe now. And there is no reply from customer care service till now.
              I have transfer Rs.5000/- from phone pe in phone no.[protected] which belongs to my wife aarti devi but the same is showing samsher singh IN Phone pe and upi id P1912101134590099831059 and UTR No.[protected].

              Please resolve the matter and revert the amount from source.

                              I paid a merchant on 24.10.2019 via the phonepe app. The merchant did not get the money but there was transaction showing on my phone. I paid 85/- cash to the merchant due to some transaction problem. Then after i claim to the phonepe regarding the transaction. The phonepe employee called me on 26.10.2019 then asked me about a/c no & dob. After 1 min i got my 85/- refund money. Then after that, all the money deducted from my two accounts. The a/c no is [protected] (Sbi) another a/c no is [protected] (Indian bank). I got the call from [protected] & [protected].

                                      I have filled a bill of Gujarat Gas of Rs. 798/- on 21.10.2019 by my Kotak bank account no. [protected] through the phonepe. But its results came immediately that this transaction is not successful. So we have waited for more then two days for deposition of said amount in my above Kotak Bank account. Then we have launched the complain in the Phonepe but they told me that Rs. 798/- is created in your said account. We have enquired in the Kotak bank for many time but they replied me that the Rs. 798/- is not created in the account so we are unable to give you this amount. So please ask Phonepe to give me Rs. 798/- in my account so that I can get.

                                        Hi,

                                        I paid my HDFC Visa credit card dues of Rs 20000/- through Phone Pe app at 08:25AM/04-Dec-2019. I got the bill payment status as succesful with operator ref ID[protected] and the same amount was debited from my bank a/c (UTR:[protected]. But the amount was not updated against my credit card account.
                                        I tried another payment of Rs 5000/- through Phone Pe app earlier (08:20AM/04-Dec-2019) and later (10:30AM/04-Dec-2019) it was credited instantly. I tried to raise a customer complaint on Phone Pe and I was asked to wait for the next few days.

                                        Could you please clarify on why the biller has not acknowledged this payment unlike the other two cases.
