Its been 2 months i have changed my mobile number and i have updated the same in my bank accounts. The new number is now successfully linked to all my accounts, credit cards and all (I have cross verified with my bank customer care).
In my phone pe app, i registered again with new mobile number and added bank accounts in the app. It got successfully added. But, if i am trying to do any transaction, its getting failed. Its showing the error that the number is not registered with the bank.
I spoke to the phone pe customer care about the issue. He told me i have to contact my bank as they are not receiving amount from my bank so the transaction is failing.
But, i verified from my hdfc bank, my new number is updated and i am able to do all transactions using hdfc app as otp is going to my new registered number, but i am not able to do any such using phoen pe app.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
So i kindly request please check details and refund my ammount...
Ammount is 4167rs...debited..
