I am unable to open my account and i am a regular customer of phonepe and i am not violet any rule my wallet balance is ₹ 530.

I have transferred 10, 000 to a merchant account after shopping.Phone pe gives 5 coupons .After scratch i won rs.507 cashback.But oneday after it's zero now.They automatically deducted all the cashback amount without my consent.I want my my money back.

See my total wallet balance is zero.How is it possible by a reputed company.It's clear fraud word.
I have already update my kyc details and it was approved by RBI. And Now I can't 3313 rs from my phonepe wallet due kyc details not update. And I can't withdrawal this amount now phonepe customer executive tell me you can't not withdrawal wallet money. So take action on behalf my phonepe wallet issue.
