PhonePe — money deducted from my bank account

I was sending money through your app. Money is deducted from my account but receiver does not get the money... It shows transaction pending in phone pay app... I waited 4 days.. I urgently need money for personal purpose. Please look through it... Several times i called customer support... But problem didn't resolved... Transaction idp1901311138476260808492

I transfered an amount of 5k Indian rupees to my wife account on[protected] but amount deducted from my account was credited to my wife's account my reference number is P1902022034336469839343. Hence it was requested to refund the amount earlier as possible since we have more beliefs in your application hence we have chosen you

I send 500 rs to my friend and my transition was failed, but my money debit to my account it's show my bank account UPI/REV/[protected]
So please solve this as soon as possible.

Phonepe has imported credit card details from Flipkart and it was not my card
I have made the payment of 10K
There is no response from phonepe

Trans I'd N1901301353201636461190.

Please refund 10k amount to my account
