Sir, through the phonepee app, on 8-1-2019, on December 8, 2011, Rs 6100 was sent to my friend by my State Bank of India account number [protected], whose reference number is P1901081328451207439175 and UTR number[protected]. Those funds are neither received nor received by me. I came back to the complaint whose complaint I have done by visiting the phonepe Customer Care and Bank branch but my complaint has not been resolved nor my money has returned. Any help from Phoenipay Please do not help me. Please help me and get the money back. Please grace me. I have put a screenshot of the transaction in the mail. Even after you have mailed it 5 times the same answer is being given that money has come into account There is no money in my account yet. There is no help after talking about the branch of State Bank of India and customer care. You are saying that you can go to the bank and fill the chargeback sheet. When the officer saying here is that no sheet. My money has been stuck for 20 days. If it continues, I am compelled to take legal action against Phonepe.

Amount debited from my account but not credited to receiver, still it's showing pending.. they they are replying in msg it's take 7 days..
