I have transfer 10000rs from sbi a/c-[protected] to sbi a/c-[protected] via phonepe on 26th jan 2019
But transaction failed, but amount us deduct from my a/c-[protected]
Phonepe custmer said to me 'amount is struck at sbi bank,
Sbi branch manger said ti me 'amount is kept at phonepe persons
What i will do
What is the procedure for get refund my amount

On 23rd of this month i. E on[protected] my friend has sent me an amount of rs:10, 000 via phone pe flatform

Initially money was credited to my bank account but later the same amount was debited from my account
And in the bank statement it was printed as (To transfer-upi/rev/[protected]br...

Money not credit in the account...in history it shows money credited but whenever transfer it shows zero bal.. I tried to check balnce it showes zero money not refunded it's the second time i already lost the 1st time creating the phonepe account. Hello, i am trying to transfer money or withdraw money but it needs full kyc which is not present in your phonepe app please tell me how to do my full kyc on phonepe it's urgent now and how i can transfer or withdraw money is there any other options... And also notify me when you enable your service but please do it... I want this to transfer my money as well as can you please enable your full kyc mode like mobiwik where they can use to download...

I have sent money to one of my contacts. The money got debited from the bank account but the transaction is not being displayed in the recent transactions tab. Due to this i don't even have an option to contact customer care regarding the transaction. Even the request raised by my contact is still showing to pay him even after the money got deducted. Please help me with this asap...

Mene sbi accounts se 2540 rs ka balance transfer kiya dusre account me.. Transaction fail hua lekin account mese balance debit ho gya.. Mene phonpay customer care me contact kiya abhi koi solution nhi aya.. Sbi bank adhikari bolte he aap phonpay se kiya he to phonpay me bat kro.. I have transferred an amount of 50000/- by using PHONE PAY app through ac no [protected] ( SBI, Andheri Deori ) to beneficiary account no [protected] ( SBI Udaipur) on 01/01/2019 . And the amount is credited into beneficiary account and same is immediately auto debited from the same account -[protected], As per attached statement but still not reversed in My account- [protected]. SO please check the whole payment...

I had done transaction using phonepe app but seems to very annoying. As amount debited from my account and it shows that transaction is successful. But the problem is that this amount is notcredited to beneficiary' s account. So kindly suggest me that where to get my lost money back. Yesterday i made a payment to one shopkeeper and i used phonepe app to do that, i sent 2500 rupee to that guys and he received a message saying 2500 amount got credited but after few second backs the same amount got debited from his account and still the amount is in air, neither it has back credited to my account or nor to his account.

I want to register a complaint as i did a transaction of rs. 10000/- from my bank of state bank of india to my brother acoount state bank of india account ([protected]) through phonepe on 23rd january debited and my brother state bank of india not received amount and from my account with showing a description
"to transfer upi/rev/[protected]"
But...

I've done payment in phone pe for a mobile no-[protected] recharge Rs.399, Rs 6 phone pe bal and through net banking of rs. 393.00. Now it is showing that the transaction has failed but the money is already deducted from my bank account.
Ref. No. For transaction is (OTHPG 147929 dated 18Jan 2019) No any refund received till date

Sir, i was transaction through phone pe app on[protected] amount deducted rs.9800 two times transaction id: p1901071346212357168189 and p1901071347063128707776 but not credited to third party. Regarding this i was complained to phone pe customer care to refund this amount. Query number 37518699 is also given but not solved the problem.
