I have recharged my dishtv using my phonepe app my balance of ₹299 get deducted but dish tv doesn't recharge. I want my money back.. Plzz. The service of dishtv is also very very poor, complaint number is out of service and saying the dialed number is wrong, why these people are giving service if they don't want to work for the customers. I will recharge by using google pay, i only want my money back plz give it to me...
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I transfered an amount of 5k Indian rupees to my wife account on[protected] but amount deducted from my account was credited to my wife's account my reference number is P1902022034336469839343. Hence it was requested to refund the amount earlier as possible since we have more beliefs in your application hence we have chosen you
Yesterday i transferred amount of 24500, the amount was deducted from my account. but didn't received at recipient account.
it was an important transaction please do the needful as soon as possible

This not only one person problem many of the register phonepe account are facing the same problem.

    By mistake i deleted my wallet account
    I call customer care he says your account is deactivated and not activeted by any conduction he says everything are in terms and conditions
    Very poor service
    Phone pe service is very bad
    My bad luck i use this app

      I was doing a bill payment the amount is 2530 thanthe
      Transtion is not successful and they dont get my money back after cancel transactions... They said yur money will be refund 7-9 days... And they dont get to pay any extra charges for this late money refunding they if they are investing my money they are buisness but i have not give any profit they also keep there buisness high and they do create problems customer... This this a crime becoz no body hv nonright to investing any one money for self buisness and this same matter was happend last time also... Plzz do something i hv in trouble...

        We have did 2 transcations on 26 january 2019 in phonepe account to varun motors each one transaction cost 10000 rupees and he didn't get the money and i lost twenty thousand in my accouunt. And please check it faster if not i am going to take serious action over it and please this is my kind request and my phone number is [protected]

            I have the above mentioned account with your branch. I would like to inform you that, on 20th january, 2019 i did an upi transaction (Transfer) of rs.2800/- by using phonepe platform from my said account to another account. But the transaction failed hence i got an instant message if any amount has been deducted from your account the same will be credited within 4 to 5 days. But it is almost 12 days gone, i am sorry to say till date the amount hasn't been credited to my account. While making calls to phonepe customer care they are replying your bank has credited the amount in your respective account. But the same hasn't credited to my account as on date. So kindly look into the matter seriously and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              I have made a payment of 1000/- on jan 20th morning of transaction id 'p1901200946536512228428', i have money debited and shows transaction is success but receiver didnt get money and notification also.

              I have asked phonepe through emails and calls they are saying please wait 24hrs it will be resolved. They are saying like this since jan 21.

              They are not resolving my problem.
              Please solve my problem fastly,
              Either transfer money to receiver or refund to me, do any of one fastly.

              Now they told phonepe didnt get 1000/- and please raise charge back request at your bank then they will credit 1000/-.
              from past 13 days they are saying we have transferred money to receiver and wait for 2 days we will confirm receiver bank.

              why they are saying like that, they dont have clarity on transaction ...

              please resolve my issue fastly.
              for that i dont do any transactions from jan20.i need that 1000 and ...

              but phonepe is saying we didnt receive, please refund my money fastt, it is 1000/- you are taking so many days still i dont have any response from phonepe

                I had done a transection from paytm to sbi acc of 22, 100/- rupess at 9.30 p.m. 26 January 2019, then transection was pending, after 2days 29 Jan transection successful, but still not credited to my account. My name is Sujan DHAOYA, my ph pe no is [protected]. Transection UTR NO[protected]. Ph pe customer care says transection successful and contact bank and bank says there have no information about this transection. Payment customer care says money is deducted from my paytm account. Please solve my problem.

                  Amount debited from my account but not credited to receiver, still it's showing pending.. they they are replying in msg it's take 7 days..
                  I sent the amount to account holder [protected] on 23rd 30000 and 30000 on 24th and 30000on 25th but account holder does not receive the amount yet till after 5and 6 days
                  07/01/2019 fund transfer to my friend kathiravan SBI account. But Amount debited successful in 07/01/2019 my IOB account. But not credited in transferee's SBI account. Please solve and repay my transfer amount ₹.1000/-.

                    On 23rd of this month i. E on[protected] my friend has sent me an amount of rs:5, 100 via phone pe flatform
                    (Transaction p1901231732400567333523)
                    Initially money was credited to my bank account but later the same amount was debited from his account, and not added to my account
                    And in the bank statement it was printed as (To transfer-upi/rev/[protected]

                    I was worried about the missing money, so please fix the issue at the earliest...

                      I am amit kumar dash with state bank of india account number [protected] at bargarh, odisha branch.
                      I want to register a complaint as we did a transaction of rs. 5000/- from my friends state bank of india, khetrajpur branch account to my state bank of india account ([protected]) through phonepe on 25th january (Transaction id-p1901250931430888877613
                      Utr[protected].
                      After the transaction the money credited to my sbi account and after a few minutes that rs. 5000/- auto debited from my account with showing a description
                      "to transfer upi/rev/[protected]"
                      But that money neither credited to my friends state bank of india account nor to the state bank of india account.

                      I have already register a complaint at phonepe team with ticket number 39399808. But they can't solve the matter and the matter is as it was before.

                      Kindly help me to get my money back.

                        I want to register a complaint as i did a transaction of rs. 2930/- from my asix account to my state bank of india account ([protected]) through phonepe on 30th January (Transaction ID-P1901300854054528502375.

                        After the transaction the money credited to my sbi account and after a few minutes that rs. 2930/- auto debited from my account with showing a description

                          I am not able to withdrawal my balance from wallet as my full kyc not completed. Now i am ready to do my full kyc but u guys are not able to do full kyc due to that i am not able to withdrawal. Why should i face financial loss and problems due to your company problem of full lucky not happening now a days.. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.. Or i will do some miracle to rbi for my funds..

                            30 january mr Biswajeet ranajit, a/c no[protected] transferred rs 2930 in my account through phone pay app.mob No-[protected]. It was successful and credited to my account, then after sometimes it was debbited immediately showing upi/rev in statement and it was not credited to his account. And on connecting to customer care sbi they told to contact to upi service provider through which the transfer made and on connecting phone pay customer...

                            I have done two transaction from my bandhan bank account no [protected] of 3600 each on 7 jan 2019, my bank account was debited but beneficiary account is not credited till date, i first complaint at my bank, after an enquiry they told me that the transaction was settled from threir side and the amount was paid to phonepe, but phonepe has not been credited my account till date

                              I had made payment of house rent through upi app (Phonepe). The amount is deducted from my sbi bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but payment not get the receiver. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App and also by phone call. They always tell me for wait for so more time and more than 23 days lapsed but they are not resolving the problem.

                                My friend send me 1500/- rs on 26/01/2019. Amount got deducted from her account. But it doesn't got deposited in my sbi bank account. I am receiving a notification showing that i received the money on 30/01/2019 (Two times). When i contacted phonepe customer care, automated voice said that they will call back within hours. But no calls/messages yet. When i called my bank, they are telling me that its with phonepe.

                                  My friend send me Rs.5000 through phonepe app. Initially it was credited then debited and further not been credited to either of my friend or my account. Now PhonePe shows that Rs.5000 was credited successfully to my account having UTR:[protected]. But the amount is not credited to my account yet. It's been more that 10 hours and still no response from PhonePe team. What is the solution for this?

                                    I am Gaurav Awandkar, I had send Rs 5000 from my Union Bank of India account by using phone pe app to my brother having bank of Maharashtra account. Transaction I'd : P1901252020550498877195 on dated 25 January 2019 at 08:21 PM.
                                    My brother having bank of Maharashtra account was credited with Rs 5000 but instantly debited for the same. For this transaction Rs. 5000 was debited from my account. As the transaction is still pending and my brother account is dabited for the same the amount Rs 5000 not credited back to my account.
                                    I have contacted to Phone pe customer care with Ticket Id: #38915706 but they said bank take 3 days to confirm transaction. It's now more than 3 days but they could not resolve my issue.
                                    As now we are facing serious financial issues my brother needs money very very urgently. I am helpless please help me to resolve this problem urgently.

                                    Today, Someone recently called me with no [protected] and he said he is from consumer complaint.
                                    He further said, "I have called you because you have registered a complaint on consumer complaint website. I will refund your money to your account. He asked me my bank name and he send me one message on my registered mobile number and asked me to forward on mobile number [protected]. He said I will refund your money."
                                    But till now I did not got my money. I redialed his number but now the number is out of reach.
                                    What should I do now? Please reply.

                                      I have contacted to Phone pe costomer care. First time they told me to wait me for 3 days. So I waited and call them again today. Now they told me to wait for 7 days again. I am suffering lot of financial problems. I need my money instantly.
