PhonePe — money deducted in sender account but not credited in receiver account

On[protected] money transferred through phonepe (The transaction was failed), but money deducted from my account of rs.2400/-. We were contacted with the phonepe customer care, met the banker of sender and also raised complaint in sbi grivience portal. But they are not responding properly, please do needful and kindly reply me ([protected]@gmail.com)
