PhonePe — money got deducted but train ticket was not booked

I tried to book train ticket - as a payment option i choosed bhim phonepe service Money was deducted but train ticket was not booked I couldnt see the ticket even in my booking history Please refund the amount which i've paid against the transaction or else make sure that ticket is booked. Iam charan user of phone pay since 2 years and iam getting lot troboules using with your app. at last I used to send money to my friend but it is not received to him and transfer amount is 4000 rs.
Utr:[protected] please try to cancel transfer and send it back to me.
Phone pay status is in pending.
