I tried to book a premium tatkal ticket through irctc app on 24th march 2019 and paid through phonepe app. It got failed and gave response that it was rejected from bank's side. I waited for more than a week hoping that it would auto refund, but it did not. I contacted irctc first to get my refund but they said that they did not received any payment from phonepe and i should contact phonepe regarding the refund. I contacted again phonepe and they said that they would give me an update till 4th april. I have not received anything yet.

    I make 50000 transaction by phone pe on 1 april 2019. Phone pe show me transaction is successful but still receiver not received any amount.
    I'm calling to phone pe costomer care but the are not giving proper solution..
    My transaction id p1904010909120681751019.
    I waited for 5 days still no amount credited to beneficiary not to sender.
    Both sender and receiver bank saying we can't do anything because phone pe is 3rd party.. We don't have their transaction details..

      I transfered rs 10000 from kotak bank to sbi bank bank via phonepay with self transfer mode on 31 march 19. Amount is debited from kotak but not credited to sbi. They said it's credited within 3 days. But now it's more than 3 days and yet status is still pending.
      It is very urgent transaction for me and my money is not transfered. Please resolve my issue. How you are doing phonepay.

      Why can't I complete my KYC and my money got stuck in my wallet I can't figure it out why cant they allow customer onboarding I am trying to complete my KYC but from last 3-4 months they says that the kyc service is unavailable

          Phonepe is absoulty wrost & non reliable payment app. It doesn't work properly. So many times payment doesn't get transfered o[censored]sers get stucked. Even i am also facing the same problem as i've got the message from phone that you've received payment of_from _person. But that amount doesn't get transferred into my linked bank account.

          So i suggest every user of this not to rely on this fully & make your payment transactions...

          Sir, I m reshma sahu.an old phonepe customer.
          I transferred money by phonepe an amount of 25000/-, on dated[protected].Money debited from my account on that time..but not received to receiver...a kindly request sir...your costumer care system is very wrost.they even don't receive calls..so if you can't proceed I want my money back sir...its very urgent..Plz try to take action.

            Myself Akshay Manjrekar I recharged my Jio sim on 31st of March of ₹399.
            Once I recharged it got fail so I tried again for 2nd time for the amount of 399 it again got failed and the total amount of ₹798 from my bank account has been deducted but still I didn't got recharged nor refund, I was also having proof of deducting of amount from my bank account.
            Please refund my money back...

              It is nice to slogans and advt about the payment gate in TVS and others. When transfer is success then you go getting messages from phonepe as if they have done a great job. But when a payment is successful and the merchant declines the receipt of the same and your bank is debited then You will become the Surpanaka of Ramayana who had to shuttle between Ram and Laxman. My case is like this. On First April 2019, UPI transaction was done through phonepe for an amount of Rs 100 on a trial basis. The details are as under:

              Till date no credit is given by the Merchant and presently I am made surpanaka. The service from this company is not upto mark whenever a query is raised. They will simply ask you the details again and again and inform it will take 30 days!!! They expect some miracle to take place for resolution of the problem with time. When a senior citizen like me uses Phonpe one need extra prayers to GOD to keep you alive till u hear from Phonepe.
              Please do not get carried away by discounts etc but see what service they Provide and what quality of staff they have.

              After a great struggle the merchant has given credit. It seems the merchant finance site is operated by illiterate who cannot know whether the amount has come or not from the reference number o[censored]PI transaction. Initially they declined receipt but after 3 days confirmed just to prove that first response was from an illiterate.

                I made a transaction through PhonePe on 2nd April, 2019 at 11:47 am. The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but the receiver has not received the amount yet. Now, PhonePe is not responding.

We were contacted with the phonepe customer care, met the banker of sender and also raised complaint in sbi grivience portal.                     Dear sir,
                    I have made phonepe transaction on 12.02.2019 at 5:19pm for rs.10000/- bearing transaction id p1902121719130597051985 to canara bank account by debiting of my saving bank account with sbi account. I have entered 12 digit account number instead of 13 digit number, by entering i missed one number. I have received transaction successful message with the above transaction id. However, after verifying, i came to know that i have entered wrong account number. Further, i have been verified with my home bank (Sbi) branch, the amount of rs.10000/- was debited bearing utr no.[protected]. I also confirm with canara bank with that account number which i have entered wrongly, they replied that the account is not valid and there is no credit.
                    I have contacted to phonepe customer care over phone but i couldn't get any clear reply from them. Therefore, i requst you to kindly verify the transaction and refund the amount at the earliest.

                        I have sent 500rs to my friend's registered phonepe account through my registered phonepe number, but the amount has been failed in phonepe but deducted from my bank account and it was not credited to my friend's account. I did 2times in sbi bank and 1 time in kotak bank. One amount only credit to my friend account. I am still waiting that the amount will be refunded to my account, but it is not refunded.
                        Please refund my amount to my bank account...

                          I have transferred inr 500rs on the time of 4:15pm
                          April 1st, when i transferred amount its showing pending and the amount was debited from my account then also receiver not got my amount.
                          After that i cantact the phone pe customer help by messaging. They given me ticket id and said it will take 3 days for refound of amount. But amount was still not credited to my account.

                                  I had paid a bill and my transaction is in pending status for more than 24 hrs. When I am raising a ticket I am getting no reply from support and when I calling the customer care and providing them all details, they are asking to call me from registered number which is not working at this point of time. I have provided them all others details but the executive kept repeating we can't help you we can't help you and when I asked him to forward this to his manager he said no he can't do that also and kept my call on hold for 20 mins and later no response from his side.

                                    I did a transaction to my friend with phonepe app by upi. The amount of money got debited from my account but transaction failed and when i contact with phone pe costumer care service they said
                                    That the refund will be processed in 1 to 2 working days
                                    But i didn't get the refund yet and when i called once again they respond very loosely like they are not intrested
                                    What i should do

                                      I had earned an total rewards of 194 after making multiple transactions, and paid 100 via out of total rewards amount to fuel station.

                                      I transfer rs.1500 from my Bob account through PHONEPE app to SBI account but payment is debited to Bob and not received by receiver's SBI account. After three days their is neither PHONEPE nor SBI notify me about this issue. Please resolve my problem.
                                      I had made transaction on 7th Feb 2019 through phonepe transaction ID P1902072243596853643406 but amount deducted from my account and not credit in receiver account. I have talked customers care many times but there is no response till now. so you are requested to look into the matter as soon as possible.
