Myself Akshay Manjrekar I recharged my Jio sim on 31st of March of ₹399.
Once I recharged it got fail so I tried again for 2nd time for the amount of 399 it again got failed and the total amount of ₹798 from my bank account has been deducted but still I didn't got recharged nor refund, I was also having proof of deducting of amount from my bank account.
Please refund my money back...

    It is nice to slogans and advt about the payment gate in TVS and others. When transfer is success then you go getting messages from phonepe as if they have done a great job. But when a payment is successful and the merchant declines the receipt of the same and your bank is debited then You will become the Surpanaka of Ramayana who had to shuttle between Ram and Laxman. My case is like this. On First April 2019, UPI transaction was done through phonepe for an amount of Rs 100 on a trial basis. The details are as under:

    Till date no credit is given by the Merchant and presently I am made surpanaka. The service from this company is not upto mark whenever a query is raised. They will simply ask you the details again and again and inform it will take 30 days!!! They expect some miracle to take place for resolution of the problem with time. When a senior citizen like me uses Phonpe one need extra prayers to GOD to keep you alive till u hear from Phonepe.
    Please do not get carried away by discounts etc but see what service they Provide and what quality of staff they have.

    After a great struggle the merchant has given credit. It seems the merchant finance site is operated by illiterate who cannot know whether the amount has come or not from the reference number o[censored]PI transaction. Initially they declined receipt but after 3 days confirmed just to prove that first response was from an illiterate.

      I made a transaction through PhonePe on 2nd April, 2019 at 11:47 am. The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but the receiver has not received the amount yet. Now, PhonePe is not responding.

          Dear sir,
          I have made phonepe transaction on 12.02.2019 at 5:19pm for rs.10000/- bearing transaction id p1902121719130597051985 to canara bank account by debiting of my saving bank account with sbi account. I have entered 12 digit account number instead of 13 digit number, by entering i missed one number. I have received transaction successful message with the above transaction id. However, after verifying, i came to know that i have entered wrong account number. Further, i have been verified with my home bank (Sbi) branch, the amount of rs.10000/- was debited bearing utr no.[protected]. I also confirm with canara bank with that account number which i have entered wrongly, they replied that the account is not valid and there is no credit.
          I have contacted to phonepe customer care over phone but i couldn't get any clear reply from them. Therefore, i requst you to kindly verify the transaction and refund the amount at the earliest.

              I have sent 500rs to my friend's registered phonepe account through my registered phonepe number, but the amount has been failed in phonepe but deducted from my bank account and it was not credited to my friend's account. I did 2times in sbi bank and 1 time in kotak bank. One amount only credit to my friend account. I am still waiting that the amount will be refunded to my account, but it is not refunded.

                I have transferred inr 500rs on the time of 4:15pm
                April 1st, when i transferred amount its showing pending and the amount was debited from my account then also receiver not got my amount.
                After that i cantact the phone pe customer help by messaging. They given me ticket id and said it will take 3 days for refound of amount. But amount was still not credited to my account.

                        I had paid a bill and my transaction is in pending status for more than 24 hrs. When I am raising a ticket I am getting no reply from support and when I calling the customer care and providing them all details, they are asking to call me from registered number which is not working at this point of time. I have provided them all others details but the executive kept repeating we can't help you we can't help you and when I asked him to forward this to his manager he said no he can't do that also and kept my call on hold for 20 mins and later no response from his side.

                              I have used phonepe app one to two years and in fucher I have not used ur app and I suggest to my all frnds k not used this app.

                                  On 25th march, 2019 my rs 45000 debited from my uco bank account [protected] through the upi phonepe but this amount has not been credited. But i have not got refund of my money yet. I have told this to branch bank uco bank jagun. But the stuff of the branch bank told they can't help me for this matter. I have complained it to phonepe but the customer service told me that i have complain to my branch bank. I suffered much harrasment for this matter. Please provide me the resolution.

                                    I have made a payment of rs. 4000/- on 9th march for credit card through phonepe upi method, the transaction was failure but the amount was debited from the bank account. Phonepe send a sms that amount will be refunded with in 3-7 working days. On 12th march i made a complaint in phonepe regarding this issue and raise a ticket. I spoke with the bank regarding this issue and bank has given the settlement copy that amount is debited from my account and successfully debited to the phonepe account. (Benname:phonepe, benadd:[protected]@ybl, bentype: vpa/accountno-ifsc, benaccountno. [protected], ben ifsc code :yesb0yblupi)

                                    But from phonepe customer support, they says that they have't received the money, so pls contact to the bank itself. I was very feedup in this issue. I have all mails from the bank, and i send to the phonepe customer support, and all recorded voice of phonepe customer support.

                                      Pnonepe said that transaction is failed so please contact to your card provider bank then we were contacting bank.

                                      On 13th march 2019, indian overseas bank replied that your transaction is succesfully done please take up with phonepe for refund.

                                      Phonepe replied that, transaction is older than 60 days so phonepe will not be able to raise this concern with the bank/internal teams due to a timeframe restriction.

                                      Both indian overseas bank & phonpe was not took responsibility for the refund.

                                        My problems were informed to phonepe as below:

                                        "please note that in my visa credit card bill for february' 2019, phonepe pvt ltd, bengaluru has debited rs 1375 to my credit card account.
                                        But they have shown the transaction date as 13/09/2018!

                                        (1) first of all, how & why phonepe has debited any transaction to my account after 5 months!!

                                        (2) secondly, i have gone thru all my details of transactions done against phonepe and there were no such transactions on 13/09/2018 & all other transactions nearby that date are very clear & transparent.

                                        Pease clarify what is this charge debited to my credit card account by phonepe.
                                        Please find enclosed two credit card statement of myself.
                                        One is of sept 2018 & the other is of feb 2019.

                                        Please check both the credit card statement.

                                        In sept 2019 statement, there was a transaction dtd 12th sept of rs 1395. (Orange shade row)
                                        This was debited by phonepe to my visa card against a bill payment. The transaction id was n[protected].

                                        In the same statement, on 13/9/18, amount of rs 1375 was credited by phonepe to my visa card. This was a refund transaction from phonepe to visa against an offer. (Yellow shaded row)

                                        So this was clear & closed in september itself.

                                        Now suddenly in feb 2019 statement, i found that phonepe has debited the same amount rs 1375 again to visa & the transaction date is kept as same (13/9/18).
                                        Pls refer to the feb card statement (Yellow shaded row).

                                        Now my question is why & how phonepe can debit an amount again which has been already credited by them as a refund as per their offer?
                                        And that too, after 5 months??

                                        This is my query. I have furnished more details than what phepe have expected.
                                        They have not replied anything to me after that.
                                        Now phonepe need to clarify my query & arrange to reverse my amount debited immediately."

                                        This is to further update that till today, absolutely nothing has been done to resolve my above complaint. The situation is same as earlier and PhonePe does not even bother to respond. If such is the performance of Indian consumer complaints forum, then where the common victimised Indian customers will go to get the justice ? I hereby request you to take strong steps on top most priority on PhonePe to take action on my complaints.
