I have made a payment of rs. 4000/- on 9th march for credit card through phonepe upi method, the transaction was failure but the amount was debited from the bank account. Phonepe send a sms that amount will be refunded with in 3-7 working days. On 12th march i made a complaint in phonepe regarding this issue and raise a ticket. I spoke with the bank regarding this issue and bank has given the settlement copy that amount is debited from my account and successfully debited to the phonepe account. But from phonepe customer support, they says that they have't received the money, so pls contact to the bank itself. I was very feedup in this issue. I have all mails from the bank, and i send to the phonepe customer support, and all recorded voice of phonepe customer support.
