PhonePe — money not credited in merchant account and not refunded to my account

On 10 february 1:09 pm i made a transaction to sri sai collections & money has debited from my account but money has not credited in merchant account.
I have contacted phonepe custome care they told to check merchants bank statement & he has shown me the bank statement & no money has credited in his account so i made another transaction from google pay and it was successful he got money.
I have shared the merchant bank statement details to phonepe support even though they have not taken any action please look into the issue and take necessary action on phonepe
