PhonePe — my transaction failed. but my money debited from my bank account. bank and phonepe customer support can't helping me.

On 10th of january 2020 i did a transaction of rs.1413.36 from phonepe app.
The transaction was failed but the total amount of rs. 1413.36 was deducted through my bank account.
I contacted my bank and phonepe about this issue but got no help from anyone.
Bank service just repeated everytime its not our mistake you contact phonepe and phonepe just repeated same thing to contact bank about this.
I am in a big loop now
Please help me.
