PhonePe — not recharge on time | |||
Dear sir I have used phonepe app one to two years and in fucher I have not used ur app and I suggest to my all frnds k not used this app. Because this app is not proper work.. any time my transition is pending and and not work 48 hours... Today's I m recharge my phone number My number has not been recharged so far and I needed a lot of recharges but now the customer officer on the phone says that Sir took 48 hours and I can wait for 48 years. Today 31/3/2019 by 7.06PM i tried to transfer 700 Rs to my wife's Phone-pe, UPI Ref no.[protected]. My Phone-pe no.[protected], my wife's phone pe no. [protected]. Amount was deducted from my bank Acc. I got a text for deduction, but no transaction is seen in my Phone-pe, also amount was not transferred. Please look into this.

I have recharged my jio number it was not successful but paytm deducted to my account balance please refund my amount to my paytm wallet
