PhonePe — online purchase done but product or refund not received

Sir I have purchased a smartphone Redmi Note 7 pro from shopingkaro.com online shopping website on 11/04/2019 of Rs. 13, 499/- paid through phonepay reference no[protected] dated 11/04/2019. But neither item received nor amount refunded till date. Now the website is not reachable in internet and mail ID also showing not valid. Sir I want my money refund.
