Hello, My phone pe registered number is [protected] and I have been an old user of Phonepe. On 24th October, 2021, I tried to recharge my mobile number [protected] with Rs. 149. Rs. 2 also got added to it making it Rs. 151. The payment failed. The money is debited from my account. While I am trying to contact phonepe support, it is showing that phonepe is having technical issue and it needs 30 minutes waiting time. I am seeing this message from same day only. I Have not been able to contact support due to this. What should I do? My money is debited from my bank account and the payment has failed. Please help me to get the refund as soon as possible.
