      I made a recharge but phone pe shows succesful transaction but Money not reached to merchant that why airtel not recharge my pack now phone pe don't want to refund my money or denying to accept mistake of their system

          I lost money through Brand Impersonation of rs. 885, while playing a mobile game. The fraudster appeared as in the form of advertisement to offer me Reward . I didn't get any reward, but lost money, as I had entered using my BHIM UPI Pin.
          I have attached the screenshot of transaction details
          Transaction ID: T2110030120286099423945
          UTR:[protected].
          I had given complaint in ICICI Bank, it is under investigation.
          Complaint No- SR[protected]

          I contacted PhonePe, they asked me to file an FIR, But I want customer awareness programs about these fake advertisements, which come across customers.
          As the transaction which had in[protected], it is impossible to take the screenshot of how the advertiser appeared. So I just involved in other transactions, to take the screenshots of how the advertisement of PhonePe, which come across customers.

              So while paying for Zara, I used phone pe upi to make the payment of 4900 rupees. The amount was debited from my account however did not reach zara and my order got declined for no payment. The money has not been received back.

Rs. 2 also got added to it making it Rs. 151. The payment failed. The money is debited from my account.                               At 09:41 this morning, i got a message from PhoenPe that to claim the bonus for using PhonePe, pl scratch and when scratched, a sum of Rs 1941 will be credited to my HDFC bank account.

                              Since i used the PhonePe, i tried and to my disappointment, the amount was immediately debited to my account - instead of Credit.

                              The debit details are as under:
                              upi-Neetu Sharma - [protected]@IDFCBank-IDFB[protected]-sumit.

                              I request to conduct an enquiry immediately for the Fraud transaction and refund the wrong credit to my account please. Pl respond to this complaint now. [protected] Mrs Malathy Vasu

                                  I dont remember when I have requested to block my own account. I have never made such request as far as I remember. When I called customer care regarding this, they told me the same. I want to recativate my phone pe again in my number [protected].

                                    My name is Ankush and I am from Chandigarh.I transferred 5000 rs from my one account to another on 12th october.I haven't received my money yet whenever i call them they alwyas told me to wait for 48 hours and say that your complaint is forward to relevant team its been 7 days i have called them more than 10 times I want to ask them is your team coming from any another planet.I need my money back.I also contacted my bank branch they said that this is an invalid transaction number you have to contact phonepe and ask them to provide a valid transaction number.

                                      I requested closure of my Phonepe account after some time and again transactions failed on 16.03.2021 on the date my mother expired. Thereafter on becoming steady condition of mind, I am regularly requesting for making me able to login to Phonepe account working on my mobile registered with bank account, since round about six months.
