PhonePe — pending tran after two days transaction successful

Hi before twodays i pay 34rs using phone pe but it went pending twice today it has been debited from my acc i called phone pe cc about the concer they are telling to go and the retailer where you paid this the way this phone pe people are responding for our query from last two months totally three transaction has gone li this if i have paid in hyd frm bengaluru i should go ask them phone pe answer
