PhonePe — Phone wallet closure but amount not credited to bank account

Hello my name is srilatha. I have credited amount of Rs.10000 to phone pe from sbi credit card. Deactivated the phone pe wallet to credit of amount into my bank account. I have pressed closure of wallet. Immediately the phone pe wallet become zero and the amount was not credited to my account. I don't knw wer the amount gone. Plzz kindly credit my amount to my account.
