Am using phonepe account on 31st oct 2018 i got a message from phonepe stating that my account has been blocked due to security reasons. When i called to their customer support each one is saying different stories and no one is giving proper reason. Finally talked with am he said due to illegal activities account has been blocked. Though am a genuine user of phonepe have not done any illegal transaction and infact not been used phonepe for any kind of illegal activities without any prior information account has been blocked and my money got stucked in the wallet and also my bank details still been liked with phonepe. Am not sure whether it will be secured over there are not??

Because of your cc person wrong commitment regarding the cashback which was done on1st july i have given call and escalated the issue though the commitment given from your cc support you ppl have to honour the commitment instead of that you ppl are blocking the user account in the name of security reasons.

Can you help me out of this case. Awaiting for your positive response.

Updated by Gøwţhäm Team till now problem has not been resolved yet!! Because of your customer Care person wrong commitment I have done a transaction. From your team I got a mail confirmation also stating that it was your consultant mistake, miscommunication.

Though the issue is from your side that’s the reason I have given call to your Customer Support for a resolution. COMMITMENT NEEDS TO BE FULFILLED which was commited over the call. Instead of that your team has blocked my account.

For confirmation am attaching the screenshot of your mail. Do check and fulfill the commitment.

When I be getting a resolution for your CC person wrong commitment. As a customer y v should suffer??? Proof has been attached and over the call your top most escalation team also agreed it was a wrong commitment!!! Nine of them gave resolution.

My ac blocked for security reason!! i use this app quite a lot..! there is no fraud happen in my ac. i have wallet balance and gold balance in my ac! u have no right to block my ac. if the app has bug then u should fix it other than blocking phonpe ac
