I have 3500 in my phonepe wallet and when i want to withdraw e kyc services are temporarily unable it's been weeks i have been trying i m sure it's not because of my internet connection i m sure about that! I even look into my phonepe profile i have provided my pan card and it's green tick still i can't withdraw my withdrawalable amount! If kyc is not working why do u guys allow to top up i[censored] cannot withdraw i need this to be solved asap if it's not done by today i will definitely look for something else so that no one gets into problem like me

I tranfered some amount to my mom for RS, 4900.My transaction is pending but the amount is debited from my sbi a/c no.9359.The transaction was made on 31st October at 04:59pm.

please return my amount .

    I was using phonepe till today morning without any problem. But suddenly a message came and told me your account has been blocked. I contacted their so called customer support which is not even helping. They told me i violated their term and conditions which is top secret that they are not saying. What is this? They simply close an account and make us forget about our money. Please help me. I am not a fraud and doing phonepe for genuine transactions only. Solve it asap. I need to do more transactions.

      Hi i transfered funds and amount has been debited from my account but transaction is still pending.
      Kindly resolve my query upi reference no is

      Kindly tell when amount will be transfered as this transaction was o[censored]tmost importance.
      I would be thankful to you if you will transfer the said funds to the concerned account and if not then kindly refund the same.

      Waste.. once your phonepe wallet deactivated it cannot be activated again.. I don't understand why we can't activate it... Now it's waste to use this app .. you won't get any cashbacks

          Phonepe blocked my account for no reason and when asked the customer care they do not provided a valid reason they said its due to security reason i asked what have i done they said we dont know and now my account cannot be restored They are having my all bank details and they were taking it so lightly tht i cant express, this is the the type of service they are providing .

            i did not maje any suspicious activity also only i used to send money to my contacts as they are in need of money and then received back from them in my a/c

            what is wring in it???

              Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations. I have 4303 rs wallet balance and some transaction are in pending status. The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason. So i request phonepe 2 unblock my account as soon as possible because i use phonepe quite a lot.

              PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Phone pay transaction 04Aug.2018.was failed but I not refund that amounts .(Rs3247).please refund my amount.
              I am a regular user of phonePe and have been using it regularly. I bought Gold, did online shopping, received cashbacks, linked my bank accounts, etc.

              yesterday, I tried to open the app and I got message that my account has been blocked. I contacted their customer care but no satisfactory response was given. they are only vaguely saying that 'terms and conditions' have been violated. I asked which terms and condition have I violated, then they are not giving any proper response.

              My money and gold remain trapped with phone pe and that too without any satisfactory explanation.

              My account is blocked, without giving any proper information.

              Government of India should take strict action against such arbitrary and unilateral decision.

              Kindly help me to unblock my account and release my money and gold with phone pe.

                I order a product at flipkart payment done successfully by phone pay amount was 13834debited from my indian overseas bank transaction i'dp1810251208162366487191 and 165 rs debited from my phonpewalet. At the date of 25.10.18 same date i cancel the order at flipkart
                Flipkart calming they done the payment successful at the date of 26.10.18.
                But 10days to go after cancel my order i don't get my refund yet.

I called phone pe they told to contact bank, i contacted bank they told that they are just receicver ans they need utr number, phone pe is telling that utr number is not generated. What is this experience?

                    2nd nov 18, i supposed to booked train ticket on irctc. Procceded for payment via phonepe. Amount deduced from my acount ₹540, for same i have got sms from my bank, as well as from phonepe too. But booking got failed from irctc for not receiving payment. Money deduced but not proceed towords irctc for ticket booking.

                    Please resolve issue, and refund my amount in short time. I have cancelled my trip now.

                      I transferred 49000 rupees to another account from phonepe app on 02.11.2018 but payment is still pending. Amount is debited to my account.

                      After days, they are not giving any answer correctly.
                      I am very disappointed by customer care behaviour.

The status will be updated within 3 days from the day of the transaction which is the time frame provided by the bank.
