I did a money transaction at one of the Patanjali stores in Hyderabad on 23rd November for which I was supposed to get the cashback from phonepe as per their offers but I didn't received the cashback even after 48 hours of transaction. I raised a complaint in phonepe app but no response has come till now.

Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

    My train is at tommorow night so plz do fast i get to know weather my ticket is confirmed or not

      I recharged my Jio number on 28 Oct, But Transaction is failed. The amount deducted is Rs 399.It will be deposited in 5-7 working days.I didnt get the amount yet.

        I transfered 500rs to my friend (Mobile no.)=[protected], transaction id =p1811212343009581525807 in phonpe app through upi, amount deducted but not credited to receiver & and in app it is showing that amount has been credited to recipient's bank. Please solve my problem. The transaction has been done on 21/11/2018 around 11:00pm-12:00 pm.

        I transfered 5000rs to my brother (Account no.), transaction id =P1812010941414332586539 in phonpe app through upi, amount deducted but not credited to receiver & and in app it is showing that amount has been credited to recipient's bank. Please solve my problem. The transaction has been done on 01/12/2018 around 09:00am-10:00 am.

          Sir amount debited for train ticket booking but ticket not booked for reference i am sending the message came to me and ticket i'd... Rs. 305 (Ticket fare: rs. 305, pg charges: rs. 0) has been paid for order ref: [protected] on irctc via phonepe. Date[protected]:41.. Ticket id is #28882900. "you've paid rs.305 to irctc via phonepe from your state bank of india account." ". Dear sbi upi user, your account is debited inr 305.0 on date[protected]:41:51 pm by upi ref no[protected]" so please solve the problem as early as possible

            Amount has been debited during transfer of money but transaction has been failed and amount has debited from my account. That transaction has done on 16 October 2018 but problem hasn't been solved yet. Time to time they exceeded the time of money refund.
            I had made the IRCTC ticket booking payment through PhonePe on 7th of November and even after 7days no clue about the confirmation. IRCTC app there is no reference of my booking. PhonePe would require 4 more days to confirm? not sure wheather the payment has reached IRCTC. What if no seat confirmed? Very disappointing to see the neglent service.

              In my phone pe account i have raised ticket in help line regarding adding bank account and shared screenshort message.with in 5 min i have received call from one person and asking me to revert back to some mail id with account details,
              But i have checked same thing with phonepe support team they informed that they didnt make any such calls
              And my concern is how that person would know details what ever i have shared details in that help line number including with comment and links he know .is this phonePe shairing such details...

                Booked Ticket on IRCTC using PhonePe amount debited INR 1955.49 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to say anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. The Message recived from my bank as below:
                Rs. 1955.49 (Ticket Fare: Rs. 1955.49, PG Charges: Rs. 0) has been paid for Order ref: [protected] on IRCTC via PhonePe. Date[protected]:21.

                  I order a product at flipkart payment done successfully by phone pay amount was 1159 debited from my state bank of india transaction id P1811021250492733850173 and 30 rs debited from my phonpewalet. At the date of 2.11.18 same date i cancel the order at flipkart
                  phonepay claimimg they done the payment refund successfull i got a 30rs in my wallet but didnt get money in bank account.for returning money they are just giving an ARN no 75105178307001428125460 And saying to coordinate with bank
                  13 days to go after cancel my order i don't get my refund yet in my bank account.

                  I did a transaction of 300 rupees to my friend. The bank had deducted the money with the UTR number[protected]. But the transaction got failed. How will I get my refund. The support option in your app is giving some weird explanation that I can’t understand. Please let me know what you can do.

Phonepe customare care said it will be reslolved on 1st nov, and then they said it will resolved by5 th nov, again i called to phonepe they said it will be resolved by 10 th nov, now they said it will be resolved by 15 the nov.                         Money 9999 got debited from my mother's sbi account, we got sms saying it is transferred to some ones phone pe account othpg 391961 phonepe pvt ltd bangalore on 10/11/2018, it is totally fraud transaction, my mother do not hold any phone pe account, i want phone pe to reveal the identity of this person whose account got credited with this money and revert the money back to our account, also whenever this kind of digital wallet transaction is happening there is no clarity in the information given on net banking or sms to trace it back

                        Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations. I have 1032rs wallet balance and gold of worth Rs 800. The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason. So i request phonepe 2 unblock my account as soon as possible because i use phonepe quite a lot.
                        Sir/madam,

                          I tried to book train tickets via irctc app and payment via phonepe. After paying through phone pe the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked and it was shown in failed transaction list and it said "no response from bank". I tried to book again and the same thing happened again. I'll attach the screenshot of phonepe transaction history and booking history from irctc app. There was no response from phonpe help yet.

                              I was booking train tickets from irctc app and after booking tickets the money transaction that was made through phonepe.And money was deducted but the ticket booking remained pending.
                              So I hope you will notice the complaint that is mentioned here and to resolve my problem as the amount has been deducted unnecessarily.

                                Amount got deducted but the transaction failed on 1/11/2018. I still haven't received my money back into my account.

                                There is no response from Phone Pe customer care. There is not even any update on the ticket I raised. Kindly resolve this issue as it is already 10 days after the transaction failed and Phone Pe failed to refund my money back into my bank account.

                                  I tried transfer of ₹20, 000 from axis bank account no-[protected] to sbi bank account no - [protected] two times on 14th october and one time on 15th october 2018 via upi on phonepe app. But amount credited was only one time on 14th october and one time on 15th october whereas amount debited two times on 14th october and one time on 15th october.
                                  I complaint the customer service of phone pe app as well as banks.
                                  But refund was still not done.
                                  Kindly look into this matter.

                                    I had made a transaction of rs 5000 on 3rd nov 2017 from airtel digital card to another online wallet (Phonepe), the issue is - amount deducted from account my airtel virtual digital card but not credited in account wallet.

                                    I raised the complaint more than 100 times in airtel and phonepe but they didn't give any solution, everytime they said that it's done from there side. Phonepe team is saying that they didn't received the money also transaction id not generated for the same at their end.

                                    Please find the attached transaction snap of my airtel app.

                                    Please suggest the next course of action as it have been more than a year and still i have no solution.

                                      As i mentioned in the subject, i have made a transaction today, amount has debited from my account but amount has not delivered yet to the recepient.
