Sir on october 14, 2018 i made a payment for a laptop of rupees 61990, at flipkart through phonepe from a debit card but the transaction is failed, but money is deducted of 50000 because due to limit of card is this. Phonepe at same time give message that money is deducted it will return in 5 days so i tried once more but another transaction failed, but, today is 28 october, 2018 till now i wait for 15 days but still money is not return please help me and request both phonepe and flipkart to see this and make my complain as priority i provide the both photo of message as bank statement and phonepe statement. Thank you

Updated by subhash Chandra barman all transaction number, POS everything provide in the message and I go to the bank they are telling money is not refund from them..
yesterday, I tried to open the app and I got message that my account has been blocked. I contacted their customer care but no satisfactory response was given. they are only vaguely saying that 'terms and conditions' have been violated. I asked which terms and condition have I violated, then they are not giving any proper response.
My money and gold remain trapped with phone pe and that too without any satisfactory explanation.
My account is blocked, without giving any proper information.
Government of India should take strict action against such arbitrary and unilateral decision.
Kindly help me to unblock my account and release my money and gold with phone pe.
