PhonePe — phonepe and sbi bank - transaction failed but amount got debited

I would like to inform you that i made a upi transaction on 30th sep 2019 for the amount * from phone pe mobile bank linked with my sbi bank account and the amount got debited from my account but the creditor has not been credited with the amount.

I have raised several tickets on phonepe, contacted sbi customer several times without any help.

I got a response from phonepe team that they got in touch with the sbi bank and they have confirmed that no amount has been debited, even though i send them a screenshot of the sbi net banking transaction which has been debited.

I going in circles, phone pe is asking me to contact sbi, sbi is asking me to contact phonepe, i am stuck in between.

I am also attaching all the proof that the money has been debited from my sbi account even though the transaction got failed in failed in phonepe
