. On[protected], transferred 39800₹ sbi to axis bank., its been 5 days payment not credited or not refunded. Phonepe not helping they are keep saying money credited to beneficiary bank. Beneficiary bank says they are not aware of any credit of money. Sender bank says as it is third party upi app payment they cant track it. I’m kind of stuck here. Whats the procedure for getting refund, where should i complaint to get my money back? Ticket id: 72530532

PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
During transferring to another account, 2000/- rupees deducted from my account and that amount is not credited to anyone from 01.10.2019

    Even though the transaction failed (October 1 2019) the money was deducted from my bank account and when i contacte phonepe support they said that the debited amount will be credited back to you within one working day but till now (October 5) i haven't received my money. It's been four days. When will i get my money?. The transaction was of 5000rupees. I want my money back. The ticket id is 72302792.

    I have sent 23000 rupees (paytm bank) in phonepe to my friend our transaction is successful but the amount is not credited in my frds bank (axix bank)

    How much time it will take to get back my money
    I have sent 20000 from SBI to Axis. Phonepe shows transaction successful and amount is debited but it is not credited to Axis bank. Please help me What should I do.

    I called all the three people and everyone says not our problem.

      transaction failed but money deducted from my savings account

      Even though the transaction failed (October 1 2019) the money was deducted from my bank account and when i contacted phonepe support they said that the debited amount will be credited back to you within one working day but till now (October 5) i haven't received my money. It's been four days. When will i get my money?. The transaction was of 17000 rupees. I want my money back. The ticket id is 72255070...

      On 1st october i have made a transaction of rs 10000 using phonpe. The transaction got failed but the amount debited from my bank account. I hv tried many times to customer care of phonepe. But no one is responding. Also i have raise a compain on phonepe app ticket id 72216318. But till now i hv not get my amount in my bank

        My name is ruchi godha. I made a payment of rs.146 through phonepe upi on 15th july 2019 at the burger club, sarojini

        Nagar. The transaction got failed but the amount was debited from my savings account (Since upi payments are debited

        Directly from bank account).

        The details of the transaction are as under:-

        My sbi account number : [protected]
        (My bank account from which payment of rs.146 got deducted)

        Several number of mails have been forwarded from my side but no reply has been received till date.

        In view of the above, you are requested to look into the matter and credit my money as early as possbile else i will go to

        Consumer court to get my money back.

          3days ago morning my brother made payment to my sbi account and it is a big amount. Money got debited instantly and showed transaction successful message on phonepe but till now money has been not credited to my sbi account.
          Kindly help me, i have to pay my personal loan so kindly help as soon as possible.

            No customer care rep is responding over chat support and phone call. I have been making continuous calls to them and also, have sent numerous messages

            I am clueless as what to do. Kindly help me out.

              I made a payment of 7500 rupees on 2nd of october, the transaction was successful but the money was not reflected in my credit account to which i initiated the payment i tried contacting customer care and raise a dispute through the app and even sent you guys a mail but i havent got any assistance from any of them just minutes before this transaction i did 500 rupees transaction to the same credit payment account it was successful but not this one and i checked the internet about this am not the only one facing this issue lot of people are facing the same issue and now i'm worried please help me 7500 is a lot for me.

              I am also facing the same issue. I made transaction of 6000 but amount is not credited. Phone pe helpline service is so poor they always say we cant help in this matter.

                On 2nd oct 20199, i have transferred rs.10000/- to my self axis bank a/c, transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no72649863. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no p1910021126185737564307. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue...

                  Kindly find the attached screenshot & recordings phone pay customer care vendor & sbi vendor.

                  Sub :- complaint :- phone pay & sbi has made a fake transaction of 7000 inr from my account, which is not being heard. my name is roshan,
                  Date ;- 1-oct-2019 narration ;- to transfer upi/dr/[protected]/gayatri/punb/[protected]/payref/cheque no ;- transfer to[protected]debit ;- 7000 debit. My phone pay mobile number ;- [protected]

                  I was doing 7000 inr transactions on 1-oct-2019 but
                  The transaction failed before the completion of the transaction.

                  Even after the transaction failed, the amount of 7000 inr was deducted from my sbi account and i had no idea that rs 7000 has been deducted from my sbi bank account and neither did i get any message from sbi bank & phone pay.
                  I came to know about all these issues on opening net banking of sbi account which has a debit of 7000 rupees, but the rupee that i was sending 7000 rupees has not even gone to that phone pay account.
                  Due to which i also called customer care of phone pay number[protected] but they were not ready to listen. They were saying the same thing that go and meet in the bank, i went vikaspuri (G-3, vikaspuri, nct of delhi, ak market, vikaspuri, new delhi, delhi 110018). After going to sbi bank, met the bank employee and gave information about this incident, then he started speaking, we cannot give you any information about it, you can go and meet in your local branch. so today i also went to my sbi home branch, but there was no hearing even there, branch employees are speaking, you can do online complaints against 3rd party app (Phone pay app) also' they started saying that we are not responsible for any transaction done by 3rd party app just like that phone pay google pay etc. Where is the transaction currency between sbi bank and phone pay app? Why is nobody answering this?
                  Call customer care at phone pay and then say go and meet at your sbi branch. If you go to sbi bank and find out, then the branch employees speak 3rd party app, we cannot help you in this.
                  Please do away with this problem soon and give my 7000 inr amount back to my sbi bank account. I still don't know where the money is. I'm done calling u people to sought out my issue regarding the same. Give a proper response at the earliest...

                    Please be informed that i was doing transaction of rs 20, 000 on phone pe on 01-oct-2019 at 07:13 p. M after that it was keeps loading and status is showing pending. I raised a ticket on phone and i dint get any proper resolution. I called at customer care number. They said that you have to wait till 04-oct-2019. Today i called in afternoon again customer care said you have to wait till 07:13 p. M. Status will change but status is still showing pending. Status is still pending. My money has been deducted not credited in my account. Phone pe has worst services. I am totally frustrated. I want my money back. Now they are saying wait 6 to 7 days for status update.

                        On 2nd oct 20199, i have transferred rs.%000/- to [protected] axis bank a/c, belgaum transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 72634040. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no p1910021134115717571916. But issue is till pending.                         The issue isnt resloved yet, its been more than a week now. Also ticket assigned to my issue on Phonepe show resloved which isnt yet. i havent recvived the amount yet nor has the reciver recieved it.

                          I made a transaction of 30, 510 on[protected]. But the amount has not credited to receiver account nor refunded to me. I have already raised a ticket. They said the money will credited or refunded with in 72 hours. But the time has over still there is no response. This transaction is very important. I request you to please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

                            I have made credit card emi bill payment on 1st october 2019, the amount is deducted from my bank account however it is not reflecting in my credit card account.

                            The status in the phonepe app is shown as 'transaction pending'

                            Since three days i am waiting as instructed by the phonepe customer care executive but there is no change at all in the status.

                            I don't want to end up paying late charges for my credit card due to this issue

                            Please take a step to make the payment successful today (04/oct/2019) else refund my amount so that i can pay through other source.

                              I have transferred 8730/- to another bank account via phone pe on 2nd oct 2019;whereas both the side transaction was successful. Amount deducted from my bank account but receiver has not received the amount in his account (Where he got the transaction as successfull in phonepe app); in phone pe app contacted to customer support except the ticket id no response i got and when i cross checked with bank i didnt get any response from there too.

                              Kindly help me out.
