PhonePe — phonepe irctc train ticket not booked but payment was successful

Hi team,

I booked train ticket from irctc and made payment for the same from phonepe, the amount of rs. 411.80 was deducted from my phonepe account but ticket not booked. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Phonepe account phone number is [protected].

Today I transfer the amount to shopkeeper through phonpe app. Amount is deducted from my account but not credited in reciver account.
I have raised ticket no 89482347.
