Hello,
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to get in touch with you all that i'm facing a lot of trouble in getting my rs. 9000 which was deducted from december 7th from my account and it didn't credit into receiver account but it's showing that transaction is successful in phonepe.
I contacted couple of times to our in bank branch and in receiver's bank branch and got to know this issue happened through phonepe and only phonepe can resolve it and they are not responsible for this.
I contacted more than 80 times to phonepe customer support number but no one is talking to me properly or connecting my call to their senior executive and it's taking to much time on holding call to consume our time.
Fyi - i saw on google that same issue happened with couple of someone else in which they have mentioned that phonepe is responsible for this issue. I have attached my transaction details below.
Let me know how cab i get money back?
