I did top up 5, 500 rupees to phonepe wallet, and now unable to use the amount back to the account. due to without E KYC, when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable. The customer care of said company are unable to provide the solution.

The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

    Sir / mam.. I am a regular user of phonepe app. Yesterday i have transferred 2500 rupees in my friend's account through this app and my balance has been deducted too from the account but still my friend didn't received the amount. Its on pending process and if it's on pending why do they deduct the amount which had not been received by the receiver. It's already a day but still money is not transferred and received though it has been deducted.. To make fastest and easiest procedures we are using this app but if it goes like this how can we used in the near future as i have to transfer money again so i request you to please check and try to solve the problem as soon as possible. It's urgent.

        Hi team!
        I have paid electricity bill (Pspcl) on 26 dec, 2018 via phonepe app. But it is still showing pending in pspcl bill history and i have to pay fine. Yet i received bill payment successful alert on phonepe. My transaction id is n1812261553368305928902.
        Kindly look into the matter and transfer my bill to electricity department. Else transfer my bill amount into my a/c with some penalty coz now i[censored] refund my amount in my a/c than i have to pay additional money (Surcharge) to pspcl.

        With above subject i had transcit with money of 270 rupees on 31/12/2018 at 7.36 am and 300 rs on 30/12/2018 at 03.43 pm as failed and not refunded

          Dear sir/madam,

          On 20th december 2018, mr lekhanand kumar, having an a/c no[[protected]] transferred rs 3000 in my sbi account ([protected]) through phonepe app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after a few moment later it was debited from my account, showing upi/rev in the statement and it was not credited to his account. When i tried to contact with the customer care of sbi. They told me to contact with upi service provider through which the transfer had been done. When i did the same, phone pay customer care told me that transfer was successful from ourside. After that what happend we are not responsible.
          15 days has been passed and money has not been credited to either of the account.
          Please provide the solution.

          Ive booked Movie ticket using PhonePe and amount was deducted, but tickets not booked.

            20 december mr lekhanand kumar, a/c no[protected] transferred rs 3000 in my account through phone pay app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after sometimes it was debbited immediately showing upi/rev in statement and it was not credited to his account. And on connecting to customer care sbi they told to contact to upi service provider through which the transfer made and on connecting phone pay customer care they told me that transfer was successful and afterwards what happend we do not know.
            15 days has been passed and money has not been credited to any of the account.
            Please provide the solution.

                Yesterday morning i've transfered ₹5000 through phonepe to a canara bank account. But the transaction was not failed it showing still pending. After that transaction again i transferred ₹100 to the same bank account it got successfully credits. While contacting phonepe customer support they were stated the money successfully debitted from my bank account but the receiver bank still didn't confirmed deposit. So i've contacted canara bank as per their customer support i found that they still didn't received any deposit for ₹5000 but strongly stated they received that ₹100 deposit instantly from phonepe. So it's all upto phonepe app glitch. So again contacted phonepe through chat support and voice support no one was gave a proper resolution or a reply they still states it's all canara bank's fault. I need a positive response please help.

                I booked a tatkal ticket on irctc and used phonepe app to pay for it but my train ticket was not booked and the money was deducted from my bank account and even after contacting customer care i have not received a reply.

                  Sir, i have done transaction of 100rupees through phone (By upi) yesterday (04 january 2019) on about 10:00am but transaction was not processed at that time

                    My account number is xxxxxxxxxxxx (Sbi shegaon main branch. Ifsc code-sbin0002176). Xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx (Account number - xxxxxxxx, sbi branch patni chawk washim, ifsc code-sbin0000503). Had credit on my account rupees 50, 000 (Fifty thousand rupees) [transaction id-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, utr:xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] at 12:09 am date 14/12/2018. I had seen that 50, 000 in my account as a balance but it suddenly reverse from my account according_to this transaction id & utr number as shown above. We doesn't get this money as a balance on our both accounts. I applied this case as a complainter to consumer court by this docket number 1072538. No response from bank as well as phone pe.

                      I had booked train ticket from irctc and from payment section i the mean of payment chosen was phonepe. Amount was deducted from my Bank Account but ticket was not booked.                         Wrost app this is.. I am very disappointed using phonepe i have done transaction of rs 1663 from the same the amount has by deducted but not received by othar with whom i have done transaction.. My transaction id is - p1901021012315365655439 i have raised complaint they said your problem resolved and no any amount deducted from your account but its wrong i lost my 1663 rupees i will not use this app anymore nd not recommend to others

                            As we would like to inform to you that this is worst company i have transfer amount for my friend o 17 dec but still not credit in receiver account. It was no a first time i have also paid my credit card bill through phone pay that time also payment has been take more time for credit so, i want to solution

                            As when i call on customer care they suggest to me to contact branch and apply for charge back, but as my bank said after payment successful there is no any charge back facilities for payment sucessfull, so this is my final request please solve my issue i m suffering from last 15 days.

                              18th of december i had pay to medlife rs 1192.33 through phonepe upi. 1st tranjuction was not received by medlife but phonepe acknowledged me that tranjuction is successful & amount was debited from my acount. I had pay 2nd time to medlife same amont through phonepe upi was successfully received by medlife. But till now no amount (First tranjuction) credited to my account.

                                On changing my number from bsnl to jio several times... Stil my bsnl number got recharged for rs198 and hence again i have to recharge my jio number. I need my refund back because its not my fault.. On changing the number several times this happened.. So very bad experience. I need refund of rs 198 back on my account. I have raised a complaint to phonepe customer care service also

                                  1. I have done a transaction vide utr no:[protected] on 20th october 2018 for 507.45 to red bus vide utr no:[protected]. However red bus failed to book my ticket and initiated refund on the same date, 20th october 2018 to phone pay vide ref no:[protected]. You are requested to initiate repayment of the said amount at the earliest. Any other information if would be required from my end be intimated to me so as to obtain the same from red bus.
                                  2. It has been almost two months delay in repayment. I would like to bring in to your attention that if no favourable action initiated from your end, i may require to approach consumer support authorities for redressal. It is truly embarrassing that your customer support have failed to render necessary assistance through telephone on 30th december 2018 despite of wasting my 35minutes time. As a customer, i have a minimum level of expectation from your end that would help you to sustain in the prevailing market scenario. I would definitely take a call before doing any further transactions with your organization. Such a pathetic response for your organisation would be informed to my colleagues and friends so as to refrain from doing business with you.

Today is the last date (02.01.2019) to deposit.That's Why I send the money yesterday.please take immediate action to avoid the penalty by the ICICI Bank. I Hope you will send feedback for me.

                                    All i want to say that this is worst company i have ever seen. They can't refund my money as well as i didn't get my cashback upon their terms and conditions. I have done recharge from jio app through phone pe by putting jio vouchers so phone pe terms and conditions were if i do recharge above 300 rs. I will get 50 rs cashback on first recharge but i didn't get my cashback and also i have added my debit card on phone pe app so they debited money from my debit card as they say they will return my money but i didn't get back

                                      I did a transaction but the status is pending for 3days, when i assist for support they are not responding. When i call to their customer care number they are not responding too.in this case what am i suppose to do. How could my transaction be successful. Please look at this matter. I want either the transaction to be successful or credited back to my account. Their cold response make me feel unsafe about their services.

                                        My phonepe mobile no. [protected]

                                        on 20/11/2018 i have requested an amount of 1400 from my sbi connected bank account, to my phonepe account, and this amount is deducted from my sbi account three times, and following are the UTR number:
                                        1. UTR:[protected] and transaction id : SBIC22908A8A974430C955BDCAB2E1470A1
                                        2. UTR:[protected] and transaction id : SBI9347D4EEF77C492A9BC20E33B08F2EEB
                                        3. UTR:[protected] and transaction id: SBI0937D7FA9BF747E4A946F9AE1698F80C

                                        all these transaction of an equal amount of 1400 rupees and that is successfully debited from my account, and credited to phonepe account,
                                        and i applied for GPAT exam fees of 1400 rupees of only one form, then where the remaining amount goes?
                                        the website of ntagpat.nic.in recieved only 1400 rupees amount of one forme that is successfully filled and recived, the transaction id of ntagpat are as follows:
