money deducted and transaction failed

Hello sir/mam my name is parmjot singh
I paid the electricity bill of punjab electricity from debit card by the help of phonepe app
And transaction failed but money was deducted from my account and they did not refund my money even i complained them. Please help me to refund my money. Transaction 🆔 - n1812261247308497830088

Dear sir,

I have paid electricity bill rs.2950 to msedc mahavitaran under consumer number –[protected] through phonepe on 14.12.2018, this amount is deducted from my sbi account but it is not reflected in next msedc bill, means its not transferred to msedc by phone pe.

Kindly look into & talk to msedc mahavitaran immediately. I will keep responsible to phone pe for electricity disconnection.

A scammer asked me to give him money in exchange for a product. But after I payed him via PhonePe he blocked me every where and did not deliver the product.

          I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to get in touch with you all that i'm facing a lot of trouble in getting my rs. 9000 which was deducted from december 7th from my account and it didn't credit into receiver account but it's showing that transaction is successful in phonepe.

          I contacted couple of times to our in bank branch and in receiver's bank branch and got to know this issue happened through...

            Paid to my hsbc savings account from by sbi account through phone pay, transaction reflects as pending, spoke to my bank they said there is not such restrictions that fund would not credit, amount is not credited till after 4 days, money is already debited from my sbi account. It was too urgent and all other transactions are successful, except this one. The amount was higher than the usual transactions. Don't know where is the fund lying. Very frustrating.

                Transaction is successful in both sender and receivers transation details... But the amount is not credited to recievers account... But it is showing that the transaction is successful.

                  Hi,
                  My friend has send me rs.600 from his sbi account to my sbi account via phonepe on 16-dec-2018. Money was deducted from his account. It was shown that the transaction was pending. On 18-dec-2018 it was shown as successful in both our phonepe wallets, but the account was not update. I already talked to the customer care of both the customer cares (Sbi and phonepe). Sbi is saying that using upi (Third party phonepe) we can't do anything. Phonepe is saying that they already sent the money to sbi. But there is no update in my mini statement regarding this transaction. Please help me

                    Hi,
                    My friend has debited rs.600 from sbi account via phonepe to my sbi account on 16 - dec-2018. At that time the transaction was not successful. But the amount was debited from his account but was shown that transaction is pending. On 19-dec-2018 it was shown that the transaction was successful.in my phonepe account also it was shown that amount was credited. But it was not updated.
                    Already i make a phone call to phonepe customer care and also sbi customer care. No result. Please help me regarding this.

                      I transferred rs.1200 from my debit card to phone pe balance for purchasing online and compeleted kyc. I cancelled my purchase and try to withdraw my amount but the app said e-kyc is not available and you can't withdraw your own money. Now i want my money back but they are not paying my money back.                         I transferred an amount of rs 6500 to my one of my accounts. The transaction id is p1812202022018391646146 and the utr no is[protected]. Phonepe showed that the transaction was successful. I checked my balance, and it was not updated i thought. But after 1 hour again i checked and cheked my statement. It was clearly stated that the money was reverted back to phonepe. When contacted phonepe support, they have no clue what is my problem. Waiting for my hard earned money to pay my rent. Please help me here. My registered phonepe number is [protected]. Sbi asked to check with phonepe's bank statement. Please check and manually do my return. Else i have to take action on this matter.

                          I booked an irctc ticket on 15th Dec. 2018 via phonepe. Ticket costs₹1260debited from my account. But there is no confirmed ticket in my booking status. Its showing pending from phonepe.
                          Please dont cheat people like this. The ticket is for 15th dec 2018.
                          Please do the needful. Atleast refund my money. That is also fine.
                          From last 5 transactions I am not getting any cash back. But in your advertisement you are misguided.

                            Hi Sir/Mam,

                            Its has been really pathetic services from phonepe company. Neither customer support is coming up with proper resolution nor fixing the issue.

                            Issue: If any non-eKYC user adds money to wallet, he/she cant withdraw/transfer that amount as there'z technical glitch between UIDAI and phonepe. Because of which any user cant complete eKYC and utilize the balance.

                            Even to utilize the balance, phonepe doesnt offer a wide range of payment options. There are only limited payment options for utilizing wallet money. The wallet money is not accepted except few retail outlets like MORE, Apollo pharmacies in hyderabad.

                            Customer has to suffer till the eKYC services are up as the money is stuck up in wallet.

                            Inspite of complaining many times, they arent coming up with proper timeline for the concern.

                            Please take an action against the company for playing with customer's money and time.

                              Today (18/12/18), i was booking tickets through irctc, the amount of rs 2892.78 got debited by my phonepe account, but the ticket was not booked. And in irctc account, the transaction done is also not displayed but in phonepe a/c, it is showing as transaction successful. Now the issue is to get back my amount as ticket is not booked and the amount is also debited.

                                I duly paid my electricity bill on time through phonepe online... But this platform hasn't paid the requested amount to the electricity service provider (Uppcl)... The bill is still showing up on their site though i paid it on 11 dec...
                                People from phonepe are saying that they have paid the money but still the money isn't reflecting on uppcl online service portal... Sir/ma'am i am a commener i can't pay all these bills again... Please look into this matter
