PhonePe — problem in e kyc

I have an account with login id ([protected]) on phonepe and have an amount of 7500 rs. While i want to use wallet money software shows a message 'complete your kyc'. When i start to complete kyc software shows an error for last one month as 'sorry, e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later'. I really fed up that i missed my a few urgent payments and also my money is also bonded for a long time. So i request to allow me to withdraw my money so that not to face such a problem for future payments.
