I have rechared airtel 399 from ewallet phone pe app then the transaction failed and money not refunded back to bank account. I called many times customercare but they postponed my issue 4 times and kept my call on hold for 30 mins and disconnected. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour towards phone pe made me felt back, i need my money back and i am frustated calling them all the time. Pls provide a swift resolution and they are viable to be penalised.

    I have just install PhonePe app after installed I have added HDFC bank account and try to verify my mobile number but I have received messages from many mobile numbers for verification. Is this fraud app.
    I am sending some mobile number lists, From where I got the message for verifications.

      I have a phonepe wallet which is loaded with 5100rs and now when i try to withdraw it is saying that kyc has to be completed which i have already done. I called customer support more than 2 months ago and they said the will resolve this problem within some days. But they didn't and even when i called yesterday they said they will resolve my problem fast. They marked my complaint as resolved without resolving.. I will upload proof with this. Expecting a fast and best problem solution. Thank you

      I have transfered through phone pe rs 2100 from idbi bank to yes bank but the amount deducted from idbi bank and not credited in yes bank. Both bank refuse to take my complain they both ask me to complain phone pe but phone pe executive can't help me properly

        problem in e kyc

        I have an account with login id ([protected]) on phonepe and have an amount of 7500 rs. While i want to use wallet money software shows a message 'complete your kyc'. When i start to complete kyc software shows an error for last one month as 'sorry, e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later'. I really fed up that i missed my a few urgent payments and also my money is also bonded for a long time. So i request to allow...

        Hi sir,

        Yesterday 05th june 2018 around 12:30 pm to 1 pm, one fraud transfer of 24995 rs happened from my father's icici bank account[protected] using debit card details to phonepe. My father ram achal singh already filed report in local police station.

        That fraud person (Pankj kumar sharma name told on phone call) asked account and debit card details over phone and did this transaction.

        Please revert this transaction.

          After transferring 10000 rupees to phone pay wallet to transfer money to bank account but after adding money withdrawl option is not actii've nd not working.. Its saying kyc are temporary unavailable.. Thats mean i cant transfer money now.. I have talked with customer care but they said that u can buy anything frm wallet money but right now cant tranfer money bcoz of our service is unavailable..               For a emergency purpose After transferring 1000 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care they are unable to provide the solution and unable to commit the time line to resolve the problem.
              if you have problem with the ekyc then you must notify the before Wallet topup.

              The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

              if the problem is not going to resolve soon

                I wanted my money to be transferred from
                My older account to the newer account, since the older account got disabled. I registered a complaint on phone pe for the same. I was asked for a few details. After providing them, i was being told the transfer would happen within 2 days, but since then it has gone on hold for an indefinite time. I have been calling them for a month evry now n then. And they haven't done anything. The app is a fraud!

                In view of the complaint i had registered earlier with the forum,
                The phone pe team replied to me, saying the issue has been resolved which is actually not done.
                For as many times as i have contacted them on customer care, they reply me with the same and end up my query.
                Nothing has been done so far for over a month almost now!
                I don't know if the process is really on hold or are they fooling the customers.

                I am getting replies from phone pay . And as usual all they are writing to me is -"Wallet transfer procedure" on hold !
                And let me get the forum informed, that this hold has sustained for over 2 months now!
                Such maintenance ?
                This much of time?
                I don't think I will ever get my money back this way.

                  I pay eb bill on phone pe by using my phone pe wallet amount 150 and my upi amount 140 totaly rs290, but bill status pending debited amount from my account but no bill pay successfully. So i pay 2nd time using my upi rs 290 payment will success. My first transaction amount when will credit on my account. Please solve my problem. Credit my amount rs290 on my account.

                        This app is one of the worst app.i added money to phone wallet from my fathers debit card. The money added to the phonepe wallet.

                        After some times i try to withdraw my money from the wallet to my bank account which is linked to the phone pe wallet.

                        When i enter into the withdrawal options, it shows "complete your kyc" but i already completed ekyc by using my pancard.

                        When i click the option, it shows that the ekyc process is temporary unavailable. I am so frustated with your service. Even i contacted with your support team, they does not provide me a solution. I need my money back..

                            I am unable to login my phone pe account. I have network issue on my phone. So i changed my sim from sim slot 1 to slot 2. After that it was showing the registered sim card was not found on this device. Due to the network issue i can't use sim slot 1. So please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.                             My phone pey account no is [protected] and i ordered 11999 rs mobile through flipcart it was showinh 15 % cashback will be given by phonepay so i didnt use any card of 5% cashback but you didnt give me nothing plz dont cheat us like this.                                 Hi,
                                Phone pe and Airtel Money are violating the OTP rule which should be entered by user. But these wallet companies are not giving the chance if any transaction initiated. Recently, I wanted to recharge my number but unfortunately it was wrongly entered. I thought, OTP is to be entered and I will stop this at that level but there was no chance to enter OTP. All of sudden recharge done. My Rs399 wasted. Like my money so much people are suffering for this OTP violation. Please return my and other money from Phone pe. transaction Id N[protected].

                                Before I added money into wallet, it asked for KYC and I gave my adhaar details and it got accepted and there was a on screen notification stating that KYC was successful. But when I tried to withdraw the amount it's saying e-kyc not available and amount can't be withdrawn. Help me with this please.

                                  I sudeep jaiswal I have done a recharge of 319. On 15/5/2018 But I can't receive till yet.
                                  phone pe is saying that he had refund the amount on 18/5/2018 with this Reference no. Is[protected] the given time to me was 24/05/2018. I had wait till the time given by them I have called them so many times but issue didn't solve.
                                  So please refund my amount of 319 as soon as possible to my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    I have done a sbilife insurance payment on 9th may via phonepe app 3016 rupees amount was debited but payment was not done... Using canara bank debit card i done that payment phonepe said that amount will be credited within 7 to 9 days (Ticket no.[protected] but it took more than 15 days stil refund amount not credited.. I hope after this complaint positive action will be taken..

                                      I have purchased gold (10gm) during akshayatritiya offer in april-2018. I was eligible me for cash back of 1600+ and got confirmation messaged on the same. But the cash back amount did not get credited till-date. Inspire of repeated follow-ups over mail and support tickets the amount is not credited still. Worst thing is now they are saying i have already claimed this amount!! Where as my wallet bal is 0 and said cash back transaction details are not seen in my account.

                                      Can any body assist on filing case against phonepe.
