PhonePe — problem with system drawbacks

Dear sir/ madam
I had some serious issues with the system and requested to rectify the system
I tried to make a payment with phone pay on 29.05.2019 with an amount of rs 20/ and transaction id :p1905290719073589150472 to bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd and amount has been deducted from my account and same is not credited to receiver account and message transaction is pending at receiver bank. Since this a purchase transaction and until and unless payment is made material will not be given and we have to make the cash payment. Since it is a technical issue, once payment is not successful it shall be treated as failed transaction and should not kept pending for further action such as to credit the same to receiver account after some period as the payment will become duplicate to merchant which can not be recovered. I received a message on 31.05 2019 stating that transaction successful and amount credited to receiver account after 2 days. This a major draw in the system and for such type of issues we will end up paying double (Same thing happened to me) to merchants. If same thing continuous we will loose confidence on the system please take the corrective action for such type of issues and confirm us back so that we can continue to use system with confidence in future.
