PhonePe — Receiver denying the payment via PhonePe and not helping in assisting it. | |||
I have paid an amount of Rs. 4, 400(SBI Bank Account) from Ph no. - [protected], to Ph no.- [protected] via Phone pay app on 27th May 2021. After two days he informed me that the amount is not reflecting in his account ( He told me that he is not using Phone pay for past 3 years). When I launched a complain on PhonePe, they informed me that his phone pay account is still active. As of now he is still denying the payment I've made and is not helping me in assisting the transaction (as amount is deducted from my account and I haven't received it back). Its been 7 days since the transaction, I request you to please help me and sort this issue as in this pandemic, I need money for medical bills.
