[Resolved] PhonePe — Refund Amount Not Credited to Bank account | |
Transaction ID: P2102221254465174354438 Date: 22nd February, 2021 Payment Mode: PhonePE Card Used: ICICI Debit Card Account Number:[protected] I made a purchase on Flipkart for Samsung F62 smartphone, worth INR 23, 999. The payment was done through my ICICI Debit Card (No: [protected]). After I was not happy with their cash back offers, I changed my mind and requested for a refund within 1 hour of placing the order. The refund was successfully initiated within the next 2 hours. Now, the PhonePE application on my phone states that the refund amount of INR 23, 999 has already been credited to my account/debit card (please take a look at the attached screenshot). It has been close to 7 hours now and the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Was this information helpful? | |
