PhonePe — refund is not provided since 2 months | |||
1. I had 80 rs in my phone pay wallet before 21 july. 2. I was trying to make electricity bill payment of 1524 on 21 july. I tried to make two transactions and both of them failed. 3. 1429 has been refunded to my icici bank and has been settled. I received the money too. 4. 1509 was however declined by phonepay because of that only, it is first visible in my icici bank statment and later it got debited. Was this information helpful? | |||

Phonepay response:
Regarding transaction of 1509, they mentioned that i have entered wrong pin and because of which phonepay didnt receive the money.
Icici response:
They mentioned that if any transaction is failed, it can not be reflected in credit card statement.
Me:
I feel phonepay is lying because
1509 was the second transaction in the process and it is not possible that i have entered the correct pin first time and incorrect pin second time.
Please take necessary action against phonepay as they are the cheaters.
