Dear sir
Myself bharath. P, i have recharged jio plan rs 459 using upi through phonepee (Indiaideas). Transaction was successful and, debited money. But not recharged on my jio network. I am asking on jio customer support. He said problem in third party account. So i am called to phonepee. He didn't no response. So i have mailed to phonepee support. And again i am recharged to phonepee app. Transaction was successful and recharged. I am asking on phonepe support please refund the amount. He said wait wait sorry sir technical issue.. But 20 days gone no response. Please take the action as soon as possible sir.
