Dear sir and mam. Greetings of the day!!! Sir this is to inform you that I had made payment from canara bank saving account to my friend p. N. B bank account. Through upi app (Phonepe). The amount (4000) is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but my friend didn't get any mail or message of amount credited. Please check and take it as high priority and resolve this as soon as possible. So kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
