PhonePe — Regarding refund of transactions done on IRCTC app

I have done various transactions with Phonepe to book my tickets on IRCTC app but many of the transactions got failed but I still haven't got any refund and when I am trying to contact Phonepe customer care then they are not giving option to talk and rather they are advising to complaint in app in their TICKETS column. Even some tickets which I cancelled on IRCTC app and IRCTC is showing that it has refunded my money but that money also not credited to my account or my phonepe wallet. My thousands of rupees are involved in such transactions and now I am very tensed about that.
