PhonePe — regarding transaction status

Three days back i made a transaction from icici account to boi account.. Amount got debited but not credited to the account.. Earlier status was pending.. Now status is being displayed as successful.. But amount not credited to the account. Ticket i'd 71043501. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.. Kindly revert back with a solution. Awaiting for your response
