PhonePe — Related to bank linking issue

Good evening sir,
Currently, It is very shocking time for me.
so I would like to register complain you related to bank linking .
[protected] is my phone UPI number and the KYC done with this account is Gopalji Singh .
KYC details on this number with the name of Gopal Jee Singh .
I have been using this account from this number [protected] for 1 year. My SBI account is linked with this phone pay number .
obvious, if one send money through this UPI number then money is received in my added account like in SBI .

But now, It is very difficult situation that I am facing.
Now I am going to describe my problem.
Yesterday, my brother sent 27000 thousand rupees through phone pe UPI number [protected].

But Neither I received money in my account nor get message on my registered mobile number the most shocking thing is for me that Gangiya Devi name is showing on my phone per number since KYC done with Gopal Ji Singh then how is it possible that the name Gangiya Devi is showing and also the account number of Gangiya devi is showing .
My brother sent me 27000 thousand rupees through my Phone pe UPI number [protected] but this money has gone in Gangiya Devi account how is it possible

I am very trouble with this issue because it is very big amount for me . Really, I am very annoyed with phone pe service.
kindly focus on this issue and resolve this issue as soon as possible and restore my money.
what can I do instead of registering complain to you.

NOTE : I am attaching a screenshot that proves this transaction and UTR number and all required details like time date and so on.
