Dear sir, my phonepe mobile [protected] and today one received caller I'd name phonepe customer care and they are notification icon in one sms 4800 rs for cashback and we open sms and we click pay button in our bank.
My payment deduct from my account and transfer cyber criminal accounts.
So please my request that my transfer balance 4800 rs today 11:18am 31/12/2020 returns my account.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I had done the payment to VSN enterprises (HP Gas distributor) on[protected] amount of 720/- but still now amount has been not credited to the concern.
    The same i had confirmed with the agency- They said as of now we didn't received the payment sir.
    So, that concern they didn't able to deliver the gas to me.
    I checked the status in phonepe it showing against the consumer number booking under process.
    Please do the needful..

              Yesterday on 29/12/2020 around 11.30 am, I received a call from this number [protected]. Caller act as a phonepe customer Care member and he says that you have received a notification for a payment of Rs.4999 then I click on the send option on the notification but the payment got failed due to insufficient balance as account have only Rs.3129.36. After that he again send 2 new notification of Rs.2499 and Rs. 598 each . this time I click on send option on the notification and amount of Rs. 3098 got deducted from my account. I request NPCI to take immediate action on fraudster and phonepe as I receive notification on the phonepe app. If possible please refund my money back as soon as possible.

                My name is Rashmi Kumari I got a fraud message 26 Dec 2020 from phone pe in which they wrote that I won rs 499 and rs 496 as new year reward and told me to send this money directly in my bank account by clicking on below link as I clik below link and enter my upi pin the money deducted from my account but monney not credited in my account. Again today I got the same message from phone pe the required picture of messages I atteched with complaints.
                Therefore I request you sir please return my money back as soon as possible as I didn' get any credit balance in my bank account.

                    For submitting my AFCAT exam application, I paid 250Rs. from my PhonePe account but still the AFCAT portal shows that I haven't paid my fee.
                    The amount got deducted from my bank account.
                    Please look into it and refund the amount.

                      I have done quite a few transactions through phonepe and it has worked flawlessly most of the times, even on occasions when txns failed, the money was immediately refunded or never got deducted.
                      So I was totally surprised today when 2 of my phonepe wallet to bank txn showed as successful in the app but amount was never credited to bank account nor was it refunded back to wallet
                      Usually once phonepe txn status reflected green(successful) I never actually bothered to check the destination account and cross verify that the amount actually did get credited but today’s incident made me cross verify all my prior phonepe txns.
                      The interesting observation was that only for this 2 txns I do not see a UTR No. even though txn is successful.
                      I am planning to talk to them tomorrow but just wanted to know anyone else had seen something like this before

                                Amount of Rs.1010 transferred to Keralavision weblink "[protected]@hdfcbank" for internet recharge on 19 Dec.2020 was deducted from my bank account but not received by them.

                                    We did payment to a merchant or Rs.95 but at the time of transaction it shows transaction failed and after some time money deducted from PhonePe app when we leave the shop after making payment to the merchant via another Payment app Kindly ask PhonePe to revert our amount as it was showing the transaction failed at the time of payment. Now PhonePe is not taking ownership of this payment Merchant is claiming that money is not received in his PhonePe account My bank is saying that the transaction is successful I am feeling cheated just because of Phone Pe as I am at loss currently, Kindly ask Phone Pe to revert back the money in my account or settle the payment Transaction Amount Rs95 Date: 11Nov2020 Merchant: Laxmi Medical Store Transaction Id: T2011111129100952571072

                                    Why should I follow up with Merchant and the bank as I performed the transaction via PhonePe so PhonePe needs to take the whole responsibility, company is withdrawing his hands from the issue
