Rent paid through credit card but money not credited into landlords bank account

My Rent payment got deducted but it didn't get credited to landlords account. It's been 3days. I didn't receive any response from any agent or executive regarding this. I also raised a ticket regarding this. Kindly check and assist.

Paid Rent through credit card. Amount is debited from Card. Transaction shows as successful but Amount Not Credited into Receipts Bank account. also rise a ticket but no response from phone pay.
