I got my account my deleted a while ago, without knowing the proper information on deactivation policy.

Now please activate my deleted account, I was not aware of the deactivation policy of phonepe company..

    My account has been blocked without any reason. I didn't do any violent activity. I do just use phonepe very frequently for money transactions. So this has to be reopen or unblock my account as soon as possible.

      I did two transactions using phone pe on 25 th December 2021 both transactions got failed and money got deducted but yet i did not get my money back please help me .

          On 25 Dec 21 at 1230 hrs Phone pe sending me a notification stating that you are winning a reward coupon after scratch the coupon I got a 869 rupees cash back. Further he ask for transfer the money in your account please press here after pressing the button I lost 869 Rupees from my account and again after Four hour again he send me same fraud message.
          Sir kindly help me.

            Rent Paid through credit card was not credited to bank account

            Paid Rent through credit card. Amount Debited From Credit Card. Transaction shows as successful. Amount Not Credited into Receipts Bank account...

            Good day sir, self transfered rs. 5000/- to visakhapatnam port rfid towards passes on 06.12.2021/ 09:51 hrs. From my icici saving account through phonepe. Unfortunately same amount was deducted from my icici saving account on same date & time and unfortunately above said amount was not reached to port shield. After couple of hours i have transferred 5000/- to port shield using friend debit card.

            Several times i approached phonepe regarding above issue, but no caring and action from phonepe end.. I confirm you that as on date and time ( 24/12/2021 / 22.30 hrs ) above amount was not reached to port shield.

            View above, i request your good self to kinldy arrange to refund the above said amount to my icici saving account though phone pe.

              Mechant having account in phonepe [protected]@ybl. I transferred 180 to him but payment made made by me twice I showed him bank statement and msg of my debit amount still merchant refused to refund the money.

                  My primary mobile number PhonePe account has been blocked without any prior concern. The customer support is saying you can't access the account on the primary number (blocked number account) anymore. Does this mean I can't use the app in this given life?
                  I request to unblock my PhonePe account on primary mobile number.

                          But the beneficiary not received that payment till now.
                          And still the amount not refunded in my account .

                                  I have recharged via phonepe for rs 199 to sundirect dth and the amount was deducted from my account but recharge was done .
                                  Than i call to sundirect customer care and i ask to renew my account they simply said the amount was not received from your said and they simply said ask to phonepe support then i raised the tickets in phonepe but no response from phonepe side.
