Good day sir, self transfered rs. 5000/- to visakhapatnam port rfid towards passes on 06.12.2021/ 09:51 hrs. From my icici saving account through phonepe. Unfortunately same amount was deducted from my icici saving account on same date & time and unfortunately above said amount was not reached to port shield. After couple of hours i have transferred 5000/- to port shield using friend debit card.

Several times i approached phonepe regarding above issue, but no caring and action from phonepe end.. I confirm you that as on date and time ( 24/12/2021 / 22.30 hrs ) above amount was not reached to port shield.

View above, i request your good self to kinldy arrange to refund the above said amount to my icici saving account though phone pe.

Mechant having account in phonepe [protected]@ybl. I transferred 180 to him but payment made made by me twice I showed him bank statement and msg of my debit amount still merchant refused to refund the money.

I did a transaction of Rs 160 through phone pe upi on 09/09/2021 which is showing successfully but the money did not reach the account of the person...

My primary mobile number PhonePe account has been blocked without any prior concern. The customer support is saying you can't access the account on the primary number (blocked number account) anymore. Does this mean I can't use the app in this given life?
I request to unblock my PhonePe account on primary mobile number.

I have recharged via phonepe for rs 199 to sundirect dth and the amount was deducted from my account but recharge was done .
Than i call to sundirect customer care and i ask to renew my account they simply said the amount was not received from your said and they simply said ask to phonepe support then i raised the tickets in phonepe but no response from phonepe side.

I was booked train ticket from irctc app and payment section i choosen phonepe wallet, but amount was deducted from my phonepe wallet but ticket not booked. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Im attaching photo

My account got blocked unexpectdely... Please unblock my account immediately as i'm unable to access my account... My phonepe number is [protected]. Please resolve my issue immediately..

Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations. The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason. So i request phonepe 2 unblock my account as soon as possible because i use phonepe quite a lot.

It is very regretted that my someone else is using my debit card and found wrong transaction which has been done from my debit card without my consent. The details of fraud transactions are as follows:
