PhonePe — reversal of wrong fund transfer on phone pe

Address: #1355, 2nd Cross, Vijayanagar, Bangarpet, Kolar, Karnataka, 563114

On 12.10.2019 2 nos of fund transfer of rs.99800/- (Rs.50000/- & 49800/-) is done from corporation bank to icici bank, but amount transferred to wrong account no.[protected] & ifsc code - icic0000252 (Correct ac no.[protected] & ifsc code - icic0000252), only change of last digit, the amt has transferred to wrong account and requested to reverse the transactions please.
1. Rs.50000.00 - txn id :- p1910120929374358354407 &
2. Rs.49800.00 - txn id ;- p1910120931129308724956
Note: complaint already submitted at both bank bank branches.
Once again i request your good office to consider my request and do the needful please

Updated by N Srinivasa murthy Call received from customer Care No.[protected] and enquired about the complaint and I verified that Telephone No it was Phone Pe Customer care Number and taken the details of other bank details and I received the messages that My balance amount was debited and balance as become Nil in my account. Hence I request you to take necessary step s to reverse back the amount debited in my account at the earliest please

I made a UPI payment through phonepay to another UPI phonepay holder. It was a successful transaction for which UTR number also generated. The money got debited from my account but the same has not been credited to receiver's account.
