Dear team,
I tried booking the ticket from dwarka to ahmedabad on transaction date: 08/oct/2019 using irctc's bhim upi (Irctc@axisbank) and the deduction of money was done through my phonepe app, but the transaction failed and my money (₹2689.16/-) got deducted.

The phonepe generated transaction id is mentioned in the subject line and the bank's utr is:[protected].

However, i haven’t received the...

I made a transfer of 4000 and i got the the successful message on mobile but the beneficiary didn't receive the money in his account. And the date is 13 sep 2019. I tried to contact phonepe support but they are telling me to go to my bank and ask them and when i raise the ticket it says that the beneficiary bank confirmed that the money is credited so please could you help me to get my money back.

amount is not credited to receiver account

I transfered amount of 10000 on oct-12 from my sbi account to axis bank account through phonepe upi platform. Transaction was successful in the app. But amount is not credited in my axis bank account and also money deducted from my sbi account. Please refund the amount to my sbi account. I called phonepe costomer care they telling they cant do nothing with that. When i approched bank they are also telling to ask phonepe poeple

amount deducted by qr scanning

I am supposed to receive 5000 rs for selling on olx but after scanning qr code on phonepe amount got deducted from my account. The second party told me to rescan there must be technical issue. But this time also my money got deducted.
And now he is not answering my call. I want refund.

17000 payment fraud

money debited and showing transaction successful but not credited to the receiver account

Respected sir/madam i had tried to recharge airtel dth no [protected] for rs.830/- with txn id: n[protected][protected] a d i read msg; recharge for airtel digital tv dth ([protected]) via phonepe (Txn id: n1910111915281614120104) has failed. If rs.830 is deducted, it will be refunded within 7 - 9 working days. The amount has still not refunded to my debit card. The same may please be requested to adjust at the earliest. asianet broadband payment issue

Paid my asianet broadband bill through phonepe on 9th oct 2019. But it is still showing sending payment request. The amount has been deducted from my account. Not refunded till now. Transaction is shown pending. I went through view tickets options, but got reply due to technical issues at the biller, it can take upto 24 hours to get the final status of your bill payment. But not resolved till now[protected] i didnt get my cash back...

I have sent money to my friend and money got deducted from my account and it's been 5 days now and neither i and my i friend got the money. I am looking forward to file a case against phone pe and penalize the company with this mischievous activity.. I have emergency and phone pe is just giving me we have credited the amount but where i have the statement of the account my friend haven't got the amount credited....

The status of payment still showing success and later i came to know the card is not related to me but i didn't reversed the amount even single rupees. I recharged my dmrc card on 10th oct through phone pe which was failed and thus informed that with few days it will be reversed back to your account but still its not reverted back, infact they are just delaying the process, i'm a student who is facing this. I have been using phonepe since a long time and this is the first time it happened that amount has been deducted from my bank account iao rs. 900 but not yet credited to the beneficiary account, even though the transaction shows successful. I have raised a ticket - transaction id is p1910122237243487937589. Please look into the issue as this is very harassing and not a sign for a company like phonepe....
