reversal of wrong fund transfer on phone pe

On 12.10.2019 2 nos of fund transfer of rs.99800/- (Rs.50000/- & 49800/-) is done from corporation bank to icici bank, but amount transferred to wrong account no.[protected] & ifsc code - icic0000252 (Correct ac no.[protected] & ifsc code - icic0000252), only change of last digit, the amt has transferred to wrong account and requested to reverse the transactions please.

I transferred 5000rs to another account on 22-10/2019, and today date is 29/10/2019 but phone pe shows your transaction is failed but 5000 deducted from my bank account and the receiver didn't receive any amount, i complaint to the phone about that problem and phonepe customer said that your amount will be refunded under[protected] but the time was took longer than expected.

PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried to pay electric bill through PhonePe app on 13.10.19. The amount was debited from bank account, but transaction failed. The app said that I'll get back my refund within 3-5 days, but till now, I haven't got back my refund. I am requesting my refund urgently as the amount is quite huge.
I hasn't received any otp and alert but amount of Rs.10k transacted from bank account to fraudster by clicking phonepe MTR code which he sent

By which it denotes phonepe will give an opportunity to fraudster to transact money without the knowledge o[censored]ser

    On 27 October i make a transaction of rs 1500 to BOI account. Amount deducted from my account but receiver account not received the amount yet. On 27 October phonepe show status is pending but today status changed to successful transaction
    Please help.
    I complaint to phonepe customer care two times but they not respond properly if the transaction is successful then why receiver account didn't credit yet

      In two transactions, i was trying to pay for orders in phonepe,
      Suddenly app didn't responded and amount deducted.

      Third party apps customer care person replied that amount refunded. But phonepe customer care not responded properly in one case.

      Automated replies from phonepe are irritating and irresponsible answers for a period of a week and said that the issue was resolved.

        I have sent 240 rs through phonepe it is showing money sent from account but it is not yet received to the person i sent. I want to know why this happen and i need a suitable solution asoon as possible, either sent that money to the receiver or otherwise i want to get that amount 240rs refunded in my account, so that's all finally i want to say, i'm waiting for a fast solution

          I sent money to my friend number amount debited from ny ac and not credited in beneficiary ac...
          PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          My phone pe transactions means sending money to each other is not work. It gives UPI problem.
          But i have done various recharges with this account. And it will be work only transactions are not done.

          Translation failed ho gya or money deduct ho gyi or money refund nhi hyi..plz help

            I have already mase enquiry related to my money more than 2 days passed i haven't received my 8000 rs in my account. I think phone pe is doing threat with me. Not providing proper solution as i already spoke to sbi customer care they told me that it is the responsibility of phone pe to refund your amount back. So i request you to don't play with customers and refund my amount as soon as possible.

            In a online railway ticket booking process transaction through phonepe was timed out, IRCTC didn't get money and my money from account deducted. Please refund.

              I made a transaction for my credit card bill payment on date 21 october 2019 but till today transaction is pending and amount of 4000 rs already deducted from my account. Already raise a request on phonepe customer care but they are just giving me date. First they gave me date of 25 october that your complaint will resolve till 25 october and now they gave me date of 27 october. I talked to simran (Cce) from phonepe she was only repeating the same thing that wait till 27th.
              Please resolve my query.

                I have phonepe account registered on mobile no. [protected]. I haven't used it from many months. Today, i installed phonepe app from playstore and tried to login with same no. But its showing account blocked, please contact customer support.
                I haven't done anything wrong. I request you to please check the issue and unblock my account as soon as possible.

                  I was recharging my Jio number using Phone pe app and paid using Allahabad Bank UPI on 9th October. My first 3 transactions initially shows pending status and become successful next day. Now, it has been 15 days and the amount hasn't reached the merchant account nor I got the refund. Phone pe is not taking responsibility of it. They are saying that we are only medium contact your bank for it, we have not idea about it.

                    I recharged my bsnl sim with 171 plan and 250rs full talk time in phonepe platform

                    But till now i didnt get any calls from anyone means from anyother network im not able to receive any information regarding that.
                    Solve this with proper plan and give me solution for my amount and do it possible for my account...

                      I made a transaction on1/10/2019 but till date there is no response from my phonepe. Still the transaction is in process. It is so fraustating irritation.

                      Do needful assist against this. Phone pe always giving time. There executive on phone support always say same thing wait for the end this is disgusting

                        I have sent 5000 rupees money to my friend with transaction id p1910211056468541251368 to phone number [protected]. Page is showing transaction successful. But recipient is stating that money not credited in the account. This transaction is pending for 2 days in phonepe app. For two days we are suffering a lot. So please look into this complaint and resolve as soon as possible. Thank you.

                          I added 1000 rs approximately from debit card but not able to withdraw the same tje customer care says that you have to do kyc first which is not available neither offline nor offline and with this reason phonepe has blocked my money, as i am going through financial crisis i was supposed to pay my debt to financer by adding 1000 in 34000 but now as they have blocked my i have been charged intrest again please take action as soon as possible i have already paid the intrest 3150 @9% on 35000 because of phone pe.
                          Please revert back.

                          Payment not resive in bank accounts
                          On olx, I advertised my salon The Heaven, I received a call from him, he showed interest in making a prescription. For this, he was going to give me 3200, 000. After that he asked for my id and opted which I did not give, then he requested on bharatpe which I received the request in a hurry of transation and my account was debited 10000.

                          I transferred 2600+ amount to megamart through phonepe wallet on 30th September. I have raised ticket regarding it on the same date. Now, Customer service is not working on it. Its been 15 days my money is pending with them.
                          I want strict action to be taken on Phonepe for misbehaviour.

To bank of maharastra rd account from pnb account via phone pe the amount deduct from account but not credit to reciever account and not credit back in my account yet. Many time went to pnb branch office and meet to mr. Rajendra kumar maneger and mail many time.
                            And also contact to phone pe support they told to charge back amount. I again write anywhere application but problem not solve..

                              I have credited my amount to to phonepe wallet. After i credited there's guys are saying to complete full kyc to withdraw the amount. But there is no kyc available at my location.

                                Hello I lost almost 7000 from one of the phonepe user. I have raised a complaint with in fraction of seconds but they are not working the issue not ready to help the user.
                                Phonepay does not even having the details of the customer. Please do not use this app at all.
                                as per RBI rules they have to pay the customer immediately if the customer reported about the issue within 24 hours but phonepe does not following this rule. Could you please help to place complaint on Phonepe.
