PhonePe — sent money to wrong person.

It was a fraud case.In the name of a online shopping store, one fraud website have cheated me.I just sent money by mistakenly through phone pe.Kindly request you to help me.I am a student and this is happening during Corona lockdown period.I have not a single money to survive.Plz help me to refund it.
