PhonePe — Someone made a payment from my Bank Account using UPI without my permission

Respected sir,
Myself Debashis Das, I have a phonepe account. On 27th August due to some business transactions & for that for a payment purpose I have got a call who claimed to be an Army Officer, told he will pay Rs.1/- first via phonepe & for that he send me a QR code & told me to scan & send that.so i did, but then i saw Rs.-12000/- debited from my a/c.It is observed from my A/c that an unauthorised withdrawal has been made from my A/c on 27th August'2020 for amount of Rs.- 12000/-. at 3:58 pm.
Furthermore, I would like to confirm that the above noted fraudulent transduction has been made from my a/c without my permission & knowledge.
Therefore, I pray to your honour please arrange for recovery of the amount & credit the same to my bank account.
