I beg to say that my name is manoranjan kumar singh my phonepe account is[protected]. A person fraudulent took out some money from the account on my phonepe. This person phonepe number is [protected] and debit amount is1244 for my account. I want to take action against him. Help me to get my mony back.

    Please check as the transection of 810 on 20th August 2020, but the amount has not been credited to my account.

      I want to deactivate phonepe account but customer care number doesn't show or even give answer on how to delink bank account. Phonepe is promoting Amir Khan who is anti Indian and alia Bhatt whose father killed sushant Singh. So after their promotion dont qant to use phonepe anymore.

        The amount 15, 000 was debited from my account, still, it's not credited to the beneficiary, its already 3 days got over.
        I complained to phonepe customer care they are saying its already credited.
        in bank they are saying we are not received money

          I used phonepe apps for a while. And it was a very useful apps. Most of my transcation was through this apps. But on 11 August 2020 5:56pm while trying for many times to transfer some money for house rent. I might by accident hit something. But i could not check the balance since for few days there is UPI problems. When i could check the balance after sometimes rs 4999 was already cut. But in history its said failed transcation.
          So please do take the matters and kindly refund the money. I will be very glade and would advice to all my friends to used phonepe. Yours faithfully

                Previously from my account Rs. 438 rupees deducted, yesterday from my account Rs. 2895 amount is deducted and today also from my account Rs. 1420 amount is deducted in the name of phone pe customer care executive.

                Dear sir
                Received call from number:[protected] came in the morning regarding some cashback offer. Firstly Rs 4500 was debited and then caller said to get the return of that money he asked balance amount in account must be transferred and by holding the call then Rs 4000 was debited. soon after transferring he blocked my number and and other number as well which i tried after long time got in touch with new number and understood that The bengali person who spoke eariler Mr Arun Kumar Singhaniya is not working with Phonepe
                later when connected with Customer care of Phonepe we understood that there is no one with that number
                Unofortunatly number is registered in truecaller as the number of Phonepe only.

                i have registered the complaint with HDFC WITH My complaint number given by the branch is 12318865 and the number given by the phone banking department is mumt[protected].
                Requesting you to resolve the matter and get refunded my money
                if not it will be proved that Phone pay is a week site which can not guarantee the subscriber .

                  I have made a transaction of 43500 on phonepay...the transaction is successful but amount has not yet been credited to the receiver... nobody is helping me here..called the phonepay customer care..they only say the transaction is successful..no problem from our end..who is responsible for my money?..it is an emergency payment

                      Money has not refunded though debited from my account

                      I used phone pe app on 14/08/2020, 08:21 PM to pay for my medicines. It summed to be Rs.655/- The first time the transaction was not successful though it debited from my account. So, I repeated the same and for the second time the transaction was successful. I waited for 2-3 working days for the refund which was debited from my account during the first transaction. Please help me regarding the same and see that the refund takes palce shortly....

                            Regarding above my subject I have phone pe account earlier it works well. But our bank amalgamation bank of baroda. Earlier it as Vijaya bank, now I faced problem that my account number or mobile number doesn't fetch any bank account.please guide me

                              For kyc verification i got a call from a number and he ask card number and hacked my debit card and 22997 amount has deducted from my account.

                                Dear sir, I have booked ticket from irctc by using phone but ticket not issue and amount deducted, I called 2days ago to phone pay customer care they said within 2 days amount will be credited in your a/c. My phone pe mob no is [protected].plz help me for refunding money from phone pe, I called the irctc, they said we have not receive money.

                                    Transaction is still pending after one hour

                                    I had send an amount of rs 3000 via phone still the transaction is pending is shown in the app and received message from bank that mentioned amount got debited from my account still phone pe is showing the transaction is pending and the recipient didn't receive money and the amount got losted from my account...
