PhonePe — transaction failed and not received back | |||
Please be informed that the last night on[protected] i tried to transfer rs. 1000 from my standard chartered account to oriental bank of commerce through "phonepe" however in the first attempt the transaction got cancelled and i received the message that "transaction got cancelled due to technical issue" but the amount of rs. 1000 has been debited from my standard chartered account and i spoke to the customer service of my bank and they asked me to contact phonepe and when i tried to contact "phonepe" they are asking that there is an issue with the bank end. Therefore, i am very irritated with both of them as i am not getting any resolution for the issue. The transaction id is "p1912161941514831823461" and utr no. Is[protected]. I received a phone call from phonepe company that Rs 8850 debit from my account. They say your reward (gift card) transferred to your account and they debit my money without my UPI pin.
